Waiting for orders one placed 2 months ago NEVER AGAIN rating LESS THAN VERY POOR will be taking action if I do not receive my items this week.

My voucher code doesn't work and I have tried on numerous times to contact Gogroopie by email with absolutely no response. I was hoping to put the item ordered into a stocking at Christmas but that is obviously not going to happen now!! Will definitely not be using them again and would recommend after reading some of these reviews that no one else does either!!!

very rubbish i paid all fees & charges but item didn't received yet and still waiting for refund . i paid through paypal but still refund not received and GOGROOPIE they are not replying anything so they are proper SCAMMER.

THIS COMPANY DONT EVEN DESERVE A VERY POOR STAR ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER KNOWN IN MY LIFE NO PHONE , NO CONTACT , NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, E MAILS STATING THE OBVIOUS. COMPLETE AN UTTER LOAD OF CRAP USE MY ADVISE AND GO TO THE SHOP AND PAY 50 QUID MORE RATHER THAN BUY OFF GO GROOPIE, THERE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO INTERNET SHOPPING GOING TO REPORT THEM TO WATCHDOG ASAP DO NOT USE GO GROOPIE

Your customer service is appalling. I have filled your Contact us form in about four times to date. You don't even have the decency to acknowledge my messages, let alone provide a solution. The voucher code doesn't work; it seems I am not alone in this. I understand you may be experiencing a high volume of emails. One reason may be that it is Christmas and people want to buy stuff from you, which they believe will arrive in time for that. Another reason may be that you are unable to cope with the demand, in which case, stop selling until you can sort your existing customers out! Disgraceful service.

Ordered 2 electric scooters from zip gadgets that were meant to be delivered BY 1st December. They haven't sent the items nor have THEY contacted go groopie as they said they would 8days ago. I however just contacted go groopie and have been told money will be in my account between 23rd and 5th January... No good to me the. But it's a start. Will never use the company again.

I wish I could give this company "no stars" ordered 4 burberry scarves beginning of november which were meant to be for Christmas presents and had absolutely nothing! Have emailed the supplier and got responses promising next week, then the week after, then the week after that. Still nothing! I've asked for refunds and now I'm being ignored. I want my money back GoGroupie. You're breaking trading standards laws and I will be contacting them if I am not refunded! Bunch of cowboys!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE....Do not purchase from this company. I bought item worth £19.99 but was charge 3 times the amount when received the goods the item was crap, substandard supposed to be jeans but were nothing more than flimsy pyjama bottoms, certainly not even worth a fiver. I contacted gogroopie about overcharge and they emailed back and apologised forthis and promised a full refund. Guess What!!!!!! no refund, I returned the order to supplier and e-!mailed gogroopie again asking for total refund of £60 still waiting. I am. After reading all reviews I am going to contact Watchdog to see if they can help ? Wish I had read reviews first!!!!!!!

Ive just clicked very poor for GoGroopie only as that was the lowest rating but to be honest its worse than that! The website is appauling the money has been taken out of my account as soon as it could be. However, another problem i came across was... the voucher codes wouldnt work on the linked website for me to be able to get my product that i have ordered! I have also emailed twice and received no reply to which i have noticed other people on here have expierenced the same problem! I am extremely disgusted with this and think its an outrage that they think they can take peoples money but cannot deliver the goods. I want a full refund!

Ordered two handheld games consoles on 1st November but still not received, contacted online gift store but no reply , contacted gogroopie customer service and no reply either. Was supposed to be Xmas presents for my sons but am going to have 2 disappointed boys now as well as being £40+ out of pocket. Will not be using them again !!!!!

Voucher codes do not work have emailed 4 times had no reply from them. E-mailed the company the voucher was for they got back to me next day. Would not use Go Groopie for anything.

Shocking, I sent the goods back as the offer turned out to be a total con, but never received a refund despite all the promises made that it was being done. Avoid like the plague!!!

Bought a few codes over the past few days, wish I had looked this company up first, and to think I recommend them to all my friends.. A few of my codes have gone through and I will wait in anticipation to see if they arrive but two codes are invalid, so close to Xmas this is leaving me left to find these presents and I have emailed go groupie with no response. I do not know if this is a genuine mistake or if I have totally wasted the last if my Xmas budget..!!!

Ordered a ypad mid October for my daughters birthday, it STILL hasn't arrived and is now 2 weeks until Xmas, have emailed both go groopie and the online gift store weekly and heard nothing back from either, I will be going to trading standards, appalling treatment from both companies.

Ordered goods some came and some didn't. Having to jump through hoops to try and get anywhere. Would strongly recommend staying clear unless you have money to waste
