I didn't get a voucher for the item I bought, so emailed them. They took ages to reply and claimed they could not find my order. I was asked to give them my voucher number, but how could I when I hadn't even received a voucher! I sent them umpteen emails after seeing that they had taken the money out of my account, but they have never bothered to reply. I will never, ever buy anything from GoGroopie again!

DISGUSTING I used this site and it sent me 7 vouchers when I only wanted 2, I've emailed 6 times now and had no reply they have taken 7 lots of money out my account when I've only redeemed the 2 and also sent the numbers back in the email, over £200 for 2 vouchers for 2x £34.99 I've now been to see a solicitor and trading standards, there quick enough to reply on here

Wished I'd seen the reviews before placing my order. Tried contacting Go Groupie several times by email, no response. I ordered a Tablet several weeks ago and they took the money via PayPal straight away (even took another £9.99 for postage). This is a Christmas present for my disabled daughter who will be heartbroken when she finds out she hasn't got her Christmas wish.

Do NOT use go groupie!worst site I have ever used!they take your money, the voucher code doesn't work, and the company selling the item is just as bad! No one ever replies to me, I have sent several emails, been trying to call the company selling the item directly and it just rings....I have spoken to them once and was told it would be sent-that was 2 weeks ago! A complete joke, and try shouldn't be allowed to trade! I just wish I had seen these reviews first! Stick to groupon-they respond to you by enail and phone! A lesson I have learnt! My daughter will not have her birthday present now because of go groupie....thanks a bunch-try explaining that to an 8 year old!

Avoid this company they are a disgrace a complete con!!!!! Their number does not work so can't contact them, and they do not reply to their emails... They are quick to take your money for the voucher but can't pay for shipping cost cause the code doesn't work!!! They have stolen three payments from me.... Avoid at all costs I will be warning people on all social networks to get through to people not to shop at go groopie cause they r a complete con!!!

Utter crap been waiting nearly a month for my item and just keep getting lied to contacted the company zip gadgets direct and they are even a bigger pile of crap to deal with more lies even provided me a tracking number that's isn't even for my parcel ways of time both of these

Customer service is a disgrace not only groopie that are awful but also the companys that they use !! Have been waiting for goods to arrive but no show !! Emails and calls to groopie and there so called agent !! I work as a shop manager and would not have a job if I treated my customers this way does everyone who deals with this company have to go to trading standards ???

Go Groupie is a absolute disgrace I ordered on 8/11/14 and have not received any voucher code I have sent several E Mails and keep ringing them to only get a answer phone message, I paid through PayPal and can not get my money back, this is Fraud and Trading Standards needs to be doing something about this. I am going to E Mail Trading Standards and maybe if everyone who has been a victim of Fraud by this company they will surely have to do something they must be making a lot of money deceiving people.

An absolute shyster operation. I have been trying to get money back on 4 orders that have never arrived since earlier on this year to no avail. Gogroopie owe me £53 pounds and l want it back. They never reply to my emails except once, and if you try to call you can never get through. I sincerely hope that Trading Standards will get this operation shut down as soon as possible. I had to give one star to write the review, but in reality I would give them minus fifty stars!

Crappie crappie site taken my money using pay pal never received my goods even though I gave them my voucher code contacted them so many times with promises on receipt of My code they will deliver....total scam and needs to be shut down ...scam scam scam

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Due to a late order a sent an email. They claimed that I'd not paid postage. Six weeks later Trading Standards get involved and show that I wasn't able to claim the voucher until November (I bought it in October, needed the items by 9 November and the voucher couldn't be claimed until 7 November. The original voucher states you need to leave 3 weeks for delivery). This wasn't stated on the deal but the suppliers website when you go and pay. Both Trading Standards and I can only presume this is why the postage wasn't accepted. Did gogroopie listen to the complaint and accept the screen grab as proof? NO. Ironically I received the items today both of which are damaged. I'm sure no refund will be offered as I've now received the items. If you have to deal with this company take names - they hate giving them. None of the emails I've received have had names on them so it's been impossible to find a resolution. They take your money and will have nothing to do with you. AVOID THIS COMPANY - IT'S NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT.

When I had an email saying my item had been dispatched I got told 2-3 working days almost 2 weeks later and still no item delivered and no reply to any of my emails, they take your money but don't get the items to you its terrible

This company is absolutely shocking!!! I ordered a bed set 2 months ago and have sent countless emails to them and its still not sorted out!! Just keep getting an email from them saying I hope youve received your item by now!!! No I havent - as I keep telling you!!! Absolute disgrace - do not buy from these people!!!!

They make promises which they don't keep Three times they promised to refund my voucher for faulty goods (the supplier refunded postage costs immediately - well done to Urshu) but Go Groopie have made no refund and I don't think they every intended to. I continue to bombard them with e-mails (now being returned undelivered) and comments on their website. AVOID GO-GROOPIE they are cheats!

Place an order never received. Tried to use the voucher can't redeemed Emails after emails no respond.but the money was fast to leave my account.but still no order.they are theif. They make there website look good with cheap discount with promise of voucher bit u can use and orders never arrived. . They should get shut down ..This is a scam
