Shockingly bad customer service (do not answer emails) and when finally able to speak on phone, do not email supplier with specific questions asked! Received tea from Go Deal Me yesterday over a month overdue with no acceptable help from either company or response from either about £4.99 postage refund they say they will provide if late! Stay away from both companies!!!

Bought a voucher for children's ypad 17/11/14. Separate PayPal postage cost paid for 3.99. I've sent 3 emails to 'customer support' I have had no response, no communication at all and NO YPAD! To add insult I have had 3 amounts of 3.99 PayPal postage taken as the voucher would not activate properly-strange how the postage worked ok!! Now have to go and buy a present instead of ypad I will NEVER use this site again.

I almost bought something on this site thinking it was groupon but it asked for date of birth name address etc then thought I would review first before I committed to buy. The reviews are scary because you have to pay by credit card and then they have so much information. I would cancel your credit or visa card in case of fraud, better still dont buy from them. Also there is a new pop scam which asks you to carry out a short survey and then you receive an expensive "gift" which you only pay for postage, again it asks for details birth etc and then they have access to your card no etc. Scams are becoming ever more clever be careful.

Brought a voucher for a watch. £29.99. Went to merchant website to use voucher and there was nowhere to input the code and no contact details to call them. Requested refund from go groopie. Took a while to hear back but was told I would get a refund between 7-14 days. It's 16 days later and no refund and no response to email. I am £29.99 out of pocket and am fed up of the lack of customer service from this 'company' Wouldn't recommend!

The products ,when they do arrive, are so small only fit a baby. I'm talking ring and bracelet here. I have ordered jeans ,2 packs , one pack by mistake. I got one pack which were way below standard and I sent back. The other pack I have tried to cancel, they say they can't. They have not arrived but have taken two lots of money out of my bank account. Load of crap.

I orders a children's tablet I got the voucher no problem however I couldn't activate it for a few days so started to get worried I was even more worried when reading reviews however I tried again to activate it th this time it worked i had the tablet a week later . I did send an email for advise but took a week for a reply which to me isn't good customer service

I made a purchase on the 9th November, it is now the 15th December and after making 3 attempts to get in touch by sending my voucher number and date of purchase have not yet even had a reply to them let alone revive my item this is a Christmas present for my wife

The vouchers I have been sent do not download. There is a problem with them. Have tried opening them on various computers and still won't download. I have asked for the codes to be sent to me again and still no response. How do I claim my money back?

Only wished I'd read reviews before I ordered 2 items. Voucher codes didn't work, so I sent an email to cancel them and get my money refunded. It's been 9 days now and I've been chasing them every day but still no response. Unable to get through on phone, so have spoken to my credit card company and will have to complete a dispute form to try and get my 2 payments back! Never had this problem with Wowcher or Amazon Local, absolute con artists.

Ordered one item 12/11/14 and one 22/11/14, to date GOODS NOT RECEIVED. I've emailed several times, still awaiting a response. And reading this, looks like I'm not the only one!! I will be taking this matter further - Don't give these con merchants a penny, try WOWCHER same great deals but you receive your goods

I have on several occasions contacted your company and the company the tablets are from with little response. I ordered 3 tablets in November. It is now well after the 21 days to wait for delivery and just over a week from xmas. These tablets were for my children. I would just like my mone back now. So I can get them from somewhere else

Tried them a couple times giving them a benefit of doubt, but they are non-responsive, and looting. Basically they have taken the money, the voucher codes do not work with the retailers and the retailers are also non-responsive. The retailers like Quirky Online are just looting people by working with Go Groupie - taking the money away, literally like modern day stealing and not giving the product / refunds. I am extremely disappointed and I will be writing to consumer direct as I want serious action taken against these thieves.

Decided to gut a voucher to buy some agent provocateur perfume on 17th nov for a friend for Xmas. Paid the postage yet still no perfume. Despite emailing several times still no response. Seems that I'm not the only one complaining, wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I want a refund and a reply to my emails. I'm a customer service manager for a multi national company and would be appalled if this was how our customers felt. Sort yourselves out and give me a refund before I take further action

Shocking customer service - I ordered a projector at the beginning of August - £199.00+ £9.99 postage taken from my card 5.8.2014. Did not receive the goods - have been promised a refund - it hasn't appeared as yet - over 4 months !! It takes two weeks to receive a response from their customer service team As its a lot of money have now taken out a court order to recover the debt , still no action on their part . The directors name is Jonathan MACKEY, if anyone is interested and the registered office is GO GROOPIE LIMITED 1ST FLOOR HOLBORN GATE 330 HIGH HOLBORN LONDON WC1V 7QT Shocking company !

Re: order 3530638369, I purchased a voucher for some retro sweets as a birthday present. On trying to redeem the voucher the link provided took me to a different option to what I had purchased, I could not 'add to basket' (for anything!) on the website, and the voucher code, not unsurprisingly, didn't work. I haven't redeemed this voucher and do not feel comfortable proceeding with the online retailer. I have requested a refund from go groopie, which I am fully entitled to as per their T&Cs, but so far received only radio silence in response to my numerous emails. This is a shockingly poor way to treat customers and really upsetting. I absolutely don't want to but will certainly be among those customers escalating their complaints if I don't get confirmation of my refund ASAP. I use other voucher companies quite regularly and have never had problems like this- it's a real shame to find gogroopie are letting so many people down.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO PHONE NUMBER - NO GOODS - I WANT MY MONEY BACK HAVE REPORTED GOGROOPIE TO WATCHDOG THEY ARE A LOAD OF CROOKS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY REPORT THEM TO WATCHDOG HAD TO TICK RAITING TO SUBMIT WELL BELOW VERY POOR

I ordered a child's tablet 2 weeks ago and then saw the bad reviews so started to panic. But I received the tablet today and its just what I ordered. So all in all have no problem leaving good feedback for go groopie

Follow on from my earlier review. I've still received no refund so have contacted Trading Standards. BUT, for anyone else having this trouble, I decided to try contacting my bank to see whether it's possible to have payments reversed. They said it's certainly possible to dispute payments - they've started proceedings for me. You'll probably need to supply proof to your bank so make sure you have that, but it's another way of getting back at this horrendous company! (That said, my bank said that because mine is a low value claim, they'll probably just reimburse me themselves, so Go Groopie will still have my money, which is why I've reported them too!!)
