“I put in an order in early December 2014, then decided to cancel it as the postage costs more than the item. I e-mailed the customer service, it took a long time for a response from them. The last two emails from them was that the refund was on it's way. It is a small sum of money, I have not as yet received it. This company has no ethics, they either ignored your email or lied about refund on its way. Please do not buy things from this company, I will never use them again”

Bought a product at the beginning of January, it was unavailable so within minutes I emailed asking for my voucher to be cancelled and my money refunded....I'm still waiting!!
It either takes ages to get a response or there's no response at all. And no response from the apparent Director of the company either!!

“Ordered perfume on 01.12.2014, money taken from bank straight away but no perfume. I have chased this up with go groopie and supplier pink style with no action, at least 25 times. Would never order from them again and would recommend never using them. Customer service is appalling. Can only contact them by email, no tel number. They never reply.
