“I posted my comment 2 days ago. This was written as a result of 5 unanswered e-mails. I have now received an apology from Go Groupie and a promise that the monies I spent will be refunded in the next week.
Although the response time was poor ( employ more staff to answer queries OR employ the staff to improve deliveries) it is refreshing to know that a response has arrived and a satisfactory conclusion to my matter looks like happening.
As a point of reference I always use Barclaycard for such purchases, finding their isurance guarantee a very useful safety net.”

“I ordered 4 items in 2 deliveries via Go Groopie. One item in the first delivery was faulty. The second delivery took 2 months to arrive, and even then the wrong items were sent.
Customer service took a further 2 weeks to respond, then only by telling me to contact the merchant directly (which I had already done, still waiting for a reply from them).
Terrible customer service, won't be using them again.”

“I've made 5 orders with GoGroopies.
One of them was fine and delivered on time.
Three have still not been delivered, although each of them was placed about a month ago.
The fifth order contained incorrect information on how to redeem, therefore I had to spend time and money (on paid calls to a wrong phone number quoted in the GoGroopie voucher) to sort the issue and get my voucher re-deemed.
Clearly, GoGroopie has to put in a lot of efforts to make their services at least somewhat acceptable.”
