“If it looks to good to be true it usually is, in this case it definitely is. Some sellers are kosher, but there are to many who are not and Go Groopie customer service will not help full stop. Don't do it, it really is not worth it.”

“Anybody that is thinking of going through this company to purchase items,PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice.I purchased 2 netbooks,they were working fine for a short while,then 1 wouldnt start,and the other had a problem with charging port.I have emailed them and i have rang them numerous times,and they are just not interested,they do not want to know.I have tried to get my money back off paypal and directly through my bank.Next plan,Trading Standards,Ombudsman,Watchdog tv programme,and maybe a national newspaper.”

“i have ordered various items from gogoopie & most of the items have been recieved, my only concern is the lack of customer service when things are not sent. in september i ordered a pair of mp3 sunglasses & in november i ordered a pack of fussion razor blades, both items have never turned up. after an initial interest in my problem in december i have heard nothing in regards to this being chased up or having my monry put back into my account. i have sent proof of payment via pictures of e-mail transactions & have never had feedback from customer service, i have ordered some more razor blades, but i'm not holding my breath as when or if they'll turn up. i have continued to use gogoopie for the time being as apart from these items everything else has arrived, but i have to admit i'm losing patience & am losing faith with gogoopie”

“I bought a pair of toe alignment socks (Ref 4174) which were faulty , not fit for purpose and returned them on 7/2/13 because I had been sent two left footed socks of different sizes, one small and one large. I was told that one sock must be inside out which it wasn't and that I should stretch the small sock to make it bigger. After a series of email correspondance with a person called Jamie , he agreed to refund me plus postage. Then he sent another email to say I would not be getting a refund. I photographed the socks and have evidence of the offending item together with reciepts of postage of package to Go Groupie.
I wrote to them again on 13th June 2013 and got no response. I have contacted them on other occasions up to the present date 13/3/2015. Its still annoys me being ripped off by your unsavoury practise. I am still waiting for justice.

“A year ago when I first started using gogroopie everything went quite smoothly. About 2 months ago everything started to go pear shaped. I haven't received any of the last items I ordered. It takes gogroopie days to answer my emails which makes me think they are overwhelmed with inquiries about missing items. Are dodgy companies giving each other the word about robbing people through a third party? ( their websites give the impression they are very cheaply built by amateurs- certainly not pro webmasters...) It's all very strange and I will not give up on my fight to get my monies back. It's a question of principles...”

“I Bought an item of them before December as a Christmas present that item didn't arrive until Febuary when I contact them they keep on saying wait few days Then I didn't receive the item for another few weeks then I got fed up and asked them for a refund they said the money will be in my account in the next seven days now is the in another month and a half I haven't received the money every time I phoned them they said it will take 3 to 4 days then another week passes then I don't recieve my money again now it's March n I'm still chasing my money that I paid in December I would never recommend to use this website to buy your stuff as as they r total robbers n thieves on the other Side of the monitor..”
