“I would like to add to my review about Go-Groopie, who I have phoned about 20 times regarding there so called merchants, i.e. Zip Gadgets, who send broken items with parts missing and do not replace do not answer phone, and do not refund postage. Avatora ( trading as Love Crystal) Goods do not arrive, and refunds are impossible. No phone number. I have been in dispute since October 2014 without any success.”

“I bought a voucher for £10 last October. This voucher could not be redeemed by the company and GoGroopie did not reply to my emails requesting a refund. I set up a dispute on Paypal in November and GoGroopie sent me an email saying that they would refund my £10 but this 'dispute' was blocking it so please could I remove it. The dispute was removed on 3rd December last year and 3 months and several emails later I have still not had my refund. Paypal said that GoGroopie would ask me to remove the dispute as they know Paypal would get the money back but now they have the upper hand and have literally STOLEN my £10. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and Watchdog for this. Judging by the reviews I'm not alone in being ripped off!!”

“DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They take your money, appoint merchants that do not deliver the goods, and you can't get your money back. If you do get the goods you are ripped of with carriage charges. I paid £3.99 per item for 4 items £15.96 from a so called reputable merchant, all items arrived in one package with a cost of £2.80, Go-Groopie think that is fare, I ordered may goods through Oct-Dec 2014 and many did not arrive, I am still struggling to get my refunds. I will NEVER NEVER use the again, and suggest that nobody else does. They are a CON company and should not be allowed to trade, I hope they go bust very soon.
