Similar to other comments .. The voucher was not being accepted so asked for a refund .. I have been chasing since December . They have told me three times that the refund is on its way .. Still waiting.. Do not use this company

Unable to use a voucher that I purchased a couple of months ago as the website wouldn't accept it. I advised gogroopie at the time and they said that the voucher was ok. I tried a further 2 times and was still unable to use it so advised gogroopie who told me that I could have a ful refund. I have now been chasing them for over 2 weeks without response. I have asked for their contact number as I couldn't see it anywhere on their website, however again they have ignored this request. There is absolutely no customer service at this company. They are happy to take your money but when you have a problem they aren't interested. Hopefully they will soon go out of business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Sent email to trading standards and watchdog this morning regarding this sham of a company. After numerous correspondence, was promised refund for purchasing vouchers which I couldn't validate and although the amount was small, received nothing. How many more people have they conned. Had enough, will let watchdog sort them out.

I used this site to buy a voucher for some bedding and then changed my mind it has taken me 8 emails and 5 months of waiting to get a refund off them I would never use this site again.

I have ordered towels which I haven't received. I also tried to order 2 teeth whitening pens from Cougar but the groupie code wouldn't work. The pens on the website had also been reduced so the deal wasn't worth it. I have contacted both Cougar and Go Groupie but to no avail Irene kelly

Ordered a hosepipe on a reel, took the payment and have not recieved my voucher, I have emailed twice and no reply, there isn't even any purchase record on my account??? So weres the £9,99 gone? Glad it wasn't an expensive lesson! Disappointed an won't use again

We ordered alot of items from go groopie late last year leading up to Christmas for presents £175:00 worth, we still have not received any of the items its now March. Constantly e-mails between ourselves & go goopie company & now they are saying they will not give us a refund because it was our fault we didn't pay the postage we told them the items was cancelled & we decided when we placed the orders we cancel more or less straight away. They said "As a good will gester they will offer us some of our £175:00 back" but it can only go into our go groopie account... We paid via our bank account so we want "our" £175:00 returned to our bank account... they reply was.. since we will not except our "part" refund into our go groopie then they can help us no-longer... We are fuming & intend to report this to fair trade & our solicitors we have no intentions of letting £175 of our hard earn money go...

Paid for a shoe rack but haven't been able to redeem the voucher. Contacted go groupie a week ago but they haven't bothered to reply. Wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I was conned. Not a reputable company !!!!

I paid for some Gillette razors £16.99 in January 2015 plus postage £4.95 and not received them. I have sent quiet a few emails and had no response or refund. All I get told when I phone is we ill refund and it will go back into your account in the next 3 working days. 3 times I have phoned and keep getting told the same thing. It is nearly 2 months now. I would advise anyone to stay away. They take your money buy do not dispatch the goods. Conn please beware of the company.

Tried gogroopie after a friend recommended it. Have now bout 4 items in total, all for my children. On the whole the quality is good. What's great is the website though, so easy to use and very friendly. Thanks gogroopie

Been backward and forwards between supplier and go groupie since b4 Christmas no delivery supplier tells me at last vouchers cancelled still no refund from go groupie will never use these again
