“Don't bother with gogroopie I've been chasing a refund for over a month. I emailed within the 7 days. No one answers emails. I've rung today for the third time being the same thing every time. Been told today it's pending how can it be pending for over a month. Been told it will be referred to a manager and it will be in my account in two days. Guess what I was told that last week. If you've paid through PayPal the phone number is on there. The one from 118 is no good”

After reading reviews I got a little worried I had just wasted my money so I contacted retailer about expected delivery( on the voucher it does say 21 days) . They replied swiftly and politely. I received both my items today (6/12/13) and I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. Thank you go groopie”
“Bought a Book Book for my iPad through go groupie, the product did arrive but case is too small for the iPad it has a zip around the case which you cannot use and when I tried to pull the zip with out the iPad being inside the fastener came off.
I have emailed go groupie to ask how I can return the item but they just don't respond. I'm just glad that it wasn't a large costly item.
Think twice before ordering off this website customer service is very poor.
