“Think long and hard before purchasing. I cancelled a voucher about 20 minutes after buying when I informed my partner had already ordered the same product. I have sent about 8 e-mails to cancel and ask for a refund. Nobody confirms the receipt of an e-mail and 11 days on I still haven't received a refund. Even their phone number is constantly enaged. I will never ever use them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

“Bought 8 vouchers for leggings, only used 6 vouchers as there was not the promised choice on fizzy peach website. Fizzy peach did not send the assorted colours of leggings I ordered and I ended up with 3 pairs the same and 3 assorted. No comments or apologies from the company. I emailed go groupie regarding a refund for the vouchers not used and also about the incorrect order and fizzy peach regarding the incorrect order. I am still waiting for a reply from both companies.”

I call go groopie again and demand a refund, I am told this will take between 7 and 14 days to be refunded. What a joke, as expected no refund. I have e mailed them a number of times, filled in the complaints form online and still no response from them. They have stolen my money which is totally wrong. I emailed you on the 8th of November & AGAIN on the 11th of November to tell you the voucher code number 3704607292 is not valid.
I've not had a reply back from either of the two emails which i find extremely rude & very unprofessional !!!!! I have just tried to purchase the onesie again & they only have a white one left & they only have it in extra small to which i want neither & the voucher is still not valid. Could you please rectify both these problems or return the money to my account for the voucher please.
A response would be appreciated this time please.”

Hiya! I am just soo frustrated right now. I paid for a voucher but when i redeemed it and went through process of purchasing my item the voucher they supplied me wth was incorrect and i have contacted them multiple times for days and no return or refund. I have lost money! Pathetic business i would definetly mot reccommend
