After 2 months of waiting for a non existing hamster or a refund on the 13th January finally got a reply stating go groopie can confirm my refund thinking that was a end to this fiasco only to get my credit card statement today and surprise surprise NO refund what is wrong with you people !!!!

Been waiting since September for a refund had 4 emails saying been passed to a supervisor will be with you in the next few days It's now January and still no refund Trading Standards sort this company out its rubbish rubbish

I ordered an item from GoDealMe on 3/1/15 and have left 3 messages enquiring where my order is. I have had no response and no delivery as of today 21/1/15 I wanted this snood to take on holiday with me but it looks unlikely as I leave tomorrow night Very disappointed and would not recommend this company as they cannot even acknowledge my enquiries. Take them off your site.

This is the third time I have reviewed this company on this site over the same delivery. I have given gogroupie 7 days between each review. I have received emails to say they will contact the seller each time but I have had no contact or received my order

Beware would never use this company again ordered items in June and after much chasing only received half the order was promised a refund which has never arrived, they do not respond or reply to emails or letters and to date I have still not received my goods or a refund. Do not buy from them have friends who have experience similar problems.

Please do not buy anything from this website. I have been waiting on my child's iPad cover since early November. I have sent several emails with no response until I raised a PayPal dispute & guess what...I got a response to close my dispute before they could proceed further, however I haven't received any further feedback so I guess I will need to raise a claim again. Terrible customer service!!!

this company is a sham. I hav ordered something. My voucher came through but doesnt work. I have repeatedly sent emails to them and received nothing back. I have also asked for a refund as it is stated u can hav a refund within 14 days and still no answer. Will not b using this again. Rediculous. Its not even for a lot of money its the principle

Very disappointing company that cannot be contacted via phone only emails. They take forever to reply back. I bought headphones for my son for xmas I did not receive and have emailed them twice with only one reply that did not help. I wont be buying from here again only from "groupon" and "wowcher" with real people that speak over phone and solve problems. This company if you buy from it and goes wrong you'll be waiting forever for them, which is very annoying. Mr Sangha

Ordered an item from this site got my voucher through and redeemed it the company has taken the money from my account but surprise surprise no item has yet been received and i have sent numerous emails to the company who have not even had the decency to bother replying!!

Won't use again! I ordered from Gogroopie in October and couldn't get my items! I emailed them and they said they would refund my money and I'll still waiting! It's the middle of January!! I've sent umpteen emails since then but have gotten nowhere! Never again!!!
