I give up!!! Im just gonna accept the fact that my voucher codes i purchased are never gonna work!!! U advised me to speak to the merchant directly WHICH I DID!!! They say it is nothing to do with them that u need to fix this problem! Anyway i wont be using this scam company again and i will make damn sure everyone i know doesnt use it either, compete joke!!!

S Porcelli, Glasgow Wish I had had the sense to read these reviews before I used Go Groopie. Similar to other shoppers' experiences, I have paid for two separate deals and have received nothing - even though the money was taken from my account pretty swiftly!! Despite e-mailing both Gro Groopie and the product sellers, I have heard nothing. I have used other on-line deal sites with 100% success. I can only summise that GoGroopie are indeed a scam and a sham. Very disappointed and out of pocket!!!

Purchased several items through this website, mainly Christmas, Birthdays and Anniversary presents. Site fairly easy to use. Had a few problems when directed to sites to make final purchases, but finally worked out how to purchase items required. Orders arrived on time and nicely packaged. Love the discounted prices that one can purchase at. Will definitely use in future.

The service I received was very poor. I ordered twice. The first time I had trouble putting the voucher code in, but eventually it did work. The second time I ordered the product was faulty. Tried contacting the supplier a couple of times but they did not answer. Contacted Go Groupie whose response was contact the supplier and cc them. Did this, still no answer. Luckily, I paid with paypal and they tried to contact supplier and go groupie. I have now received a refund from paypal. Doubt I will use again.

After putting several reviews on here giving negative comments I thought I would put on an update. I ordered in November and didn't receive the item. I emailed go groopie and contacted the merchant directly and I was advised by the merchant the item wasnt available and to contact gogroopie for my refund.i sent numerous emails and didn't seem to get anywhere. However I have now had a full refund in January. Thank you gogroopie.

It's a dam disgrace that this company can con people the way their doin. I ordered too items that came up on my emails,one was a 7'' tablet 38.00 the other heated gloves which I thought would be good for my husband who is goin thru Chemo at the min and really feels the cold they where 12.99. They where ordered in Dec 2014 and I still haven't received them. They have took the money . I tried to email them on the address they give and BT says there's no such email address. I have had items including 4 Tablet computers costing well over £200.00, one of which the manufacturer informs me that the item I had ordered has not been produced for over a year previous ans cannot understand where GoGroopie are expecting to be able to supply. I also have Solar Powered Christmas lights on order, all since last October 2014 which have not been delivered to date, 18 th January 2015. When attempting to contact GoGroopie offices the telephone is permanently engaged, even throughout the night, therefore off the hook and my emails of which I must have sent at least 10 are never answered or even acknowledged. Due to the above I have now requested PayPal to investigate and obtain a refund. I am now awaiting the outcome of which I am sure will be successful. I would never ever use GoGroopie again and seriously recommend that others do not fall into the trap that I find myself in. Be warned ! ! !

I ordered 2 things from Go Groopie in early December. I redeemed my vouchers straight away and was told to allow 10 for delivery on one and 21 days for the other. Needless to say I haven't received either of them. I have emailed Go Groopie twice, once last Friday and yesterday to find out what is happening and of course they haven't had the courtesy of a reply, despite the fact that their facebook page says that queries should be answered within 72 hours. What a load of rubbish that is. If I don't hear from them within a couple of days I will be contacting PayPal to ask for a refund of my money and the delivery charges. I think your service is absolutely shocking.

this company are not very good at customer service waited 4 weeks for a response regarding missing item and only replied to me after I put in a dispute with paypal they still use the merchant who as never responded to my emails. Am waiting for a refund never again

I have tried to redeem 2 vouchers I have purchased through this company, on both occasions when I enter the voucher code it directs me to submit full payment instead of just the delivery costs. There is obviously a problem with this company as they do not even reply to my emails, customer service non existent. SCAM.

I attempted to redeem a voucher for 4 packs of Fusion Blades, which I had paid £33.96 to GoGrooopie which was taken out of my bank on 6 Jan 2015. The voucher was to be redeemed by 4/2/2015. I tried inputting the code ( which was cut and pasted from your e-mail) and the total to pay was over £104 on gifthampersbypost.co.uk, which was obviously wrong and should have been only £4.99 P &P. I tried again and it still showed that total. When I tried a third time it stated the code was either invalid, or expired or exceeded its usage. I have e-mailed you at GoGroopie three (3) times and being the totally unprofessional organisation you are with NO customer service values, you have ignored my requests for assistance. I don’t know if this is some sort of SCAM. I have e-mailed you GoGroopie to cancel this voucher now. I have now sent information to the the Ombudsman and my bank, who if they do not receive instructions to the contrary will pass this on to the appropriate authorities' e.g. Trading Standards for investigation. If a resolution is not found then I will be taking this to the Small Claims Court. I have even contacted your CEO today but he has not acknowledged my e-mail either.I will NEVER use you again, and have e-mailed all my colleagues to inform them of the experience. Just refund my money.

I placed 3 orders with go groopie before Christmas. only 1 order went through smoothly! The 2nd order the company emailed me for the go groopie voucher number as it was coming up invalid all the time! The 3rd order I still haven't received even though I have emailed both the company and go groopie approximately 4 times each to obtain my parcel of lipsticks? the voucher number kept coming up invalid so I emailed both the company and go groopie, but haven't had any replies over the last 2 weeks!!! The lipsticks were a Christmas present!!! I don't believe I will be using go groopie again

NOT RECEIVED 4 OUT OF 6 ORDERS If it wasn't for the quality service from the two orders I have received I would have put this site down as a big con. Wont be recommending this site as I am out of pocket. Wendy Goddard

I placed my order on 29/12/14 , money was taken out of my account and l was sent a code for voucher that is not working. I have emailed go groupie on several occasions but no one has replied. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

We are so sorry that you had unsatisfactory service..blah blah blah. If you are indeed sorry! Prove it then I am still waiting for a refund and you have not replied to my most recent mails, your Customer service is disgusting, your ability to resolve Customer complaints is appalling...looks like small claims for me as well......

Gogroopie are scammers! Ordered something more than a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to emails at all. Not wasting my time with them anymore I'm going to financial standards and definitely taking this to small claims court!!!!
