Posted my original complaint about 18 days ago, the net book I ordered 25 November has still not arrived, no response to my emails, unable to contact the merchant, totally hacked off want my money back, this company is a complete joke. Take the money don't provide the goods and don't respond to their customers. If any has a contact number please post on here. GO GROOPIE I WANT A REFUND IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU

Am I the only one who has nearly lost the will to live after trying to get hold of gogroopie since October 2014. A completely futile exercise I'm afraid. I bought a voucher for a bluetooth wireless (for Mac products) keyboard on 9th September and sent the code onto www.gifthampersbypost.co.uk but still, midway through January, I have not received or heard anything about my order from either gogroopie or gifthampersbypost despite making several attempts to contact both. Completely unimpressed I'm afraid.

Hi , I bought a voucher off groupie and ordered item on the 1/12/14 on pamper me store and still not received my item. I have e-mailed the company and go groupie but not had any response. Do I need to go through PayPal to get my money back as I don't think I'm going to receive this item. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is a scam! My last 2 messages have been blatantly ignored! Once they get your money they dont care about the customer, beyond a joke! Stay clear of go groopie! Conartists

I ordered the Gillette Fusion Razor replacements on the 27/12/14 they took my money and I'm still waiting. I have sent lots of emails but have heard nothing!! Are you a cowboy company? I'm getting I touch with PayPal now! I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!!

I purchased car wind screen covers on the 25th November last year and have not received the item yet tried ti call but the number does not exist they are quick enough to take my money im still waiting for it to arrive

I ordered 2 x Leighton Denny Nail Vanity Cases using Voucher Code provided from Pamper Me Store on 4th December & haven't received the items. I have emailed merchant twice (17th & 20th December) then on a different email address this wk but had no response. Also emailed gogroopie & no response, not even a standard automated reply which you would expect from a professional organisation. Extremely poor. NEVER BUY VIA THIS SITE.

Hi, i have been advised by snapfish to get in touch with yourselves about my voucher codes that i purchased from go groopie that are saying invalid code, initially go groopie told me to get in touch with snapfish i did do that with numerous messages back and forth, noe they tell me to deal with go groopie, i have tried to call you on numerous occasions! I would appreciate some sort of response and a solution to my problem or i will take the matter further

Have complained and complained about the non arrival of my Fusion compatible replacement razor blades I was told that GoGroopie were going to get in touch with the merchant ( Pamper Me ) to tell them to get in touch with me regarding my order , I would like to say that this has made a difference but sadly GoGroopie have done nothing, I would like to ask have GoGroopie actually paid Pamper Me ? maybe this is the problem !

I ordered 2 tablets in November. I received two voucher codes and two payments were taken from my account but only one tablet arrived and the quality of the tablet is appalling. It was sent in a brown envelope with no return address so I have been trying to email Gogroopie to get a refund on both products. They don't answer emails or phone calls so I am taking them to a small claims court. This company should be closed down, they are DREADFUL.

Seem to be suffering similar problems to a lot of other customers. Have emailed gogroopie and gifthampersbypost a number of times over the past ten days but have received no reply from either party. I bought a car diagnostic tester as a Christmas present, all monies have been paid including postage but my order status still states "pending". I am feeling very frustrated and beginning to think I will not get my order or my money back. Anne Wilson

I have placed an order on 22nd November and paid the postage, but has never received the item. I have contacted GoGroopie numerous time but has never received any reply. I would like to refund but it's not possible with a company which never answer on e-mails. I feel they don't care about customers. They just take money and don't send you items.

I have tried to contact this company on numerous occasions , they are even too ignorant to bother answering my many emails. They say, quote we are very busy at the moment, your enquiry is important to us, we will answer it within 5 to 7 days, it is now over 24 days since my initial message, what utter rubbish. I read that a lady has not had an answer for over a year. They took my money quick enough, they do not have a telephone land line , only an expensive mobile, I suppose this should have set alarm bells ringing. I am writing to have this company, if this is what it is called, removed from trading.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!! THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING!!! THEY SHOULD BE BANNED. I HAVE EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE A WEEK AGO AND HAVE NO REPLY. PURCHASED A VOUCHER AND WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT IT SAID THAT THE VOUCHER IS EITHER EXPIRED OR IT HAS USED UP ITS LIMIT. A COMPLETE WASTE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY AND EXPLAIN. POOR POOR POOR
