Bought some ice grips almost 2 weeks ago they didnt turn up last week so emailed their customer service on friday, they got back to me on monday saying they would look into it and they arrived yesterday, customer service were responsive and helpful and got my product so a happy customer :)

Tried to use voucher with zip gadgets can't get a response from them or gogroupie. My item was ordered in November and still nothing. Dont mind calling but its costs to phone but as they wont answer emails going to have to reluctantly call. Very disappointed will think twice before using them again.

Paid for a bak support brace in early January and after a bit of trouble redeeming the voucher the brace came in about 5 days. Fits me very well and seems to be working

Received voucher but code didn't work. Sent an email, advised to phone them which I did. They took my voucher code and post and packing over the phone but I still have not received my order. very dissappointing.

STILL waiting for my refund. Seller received my (received) broken tablet on 2nd December., via signed for delivery. Fobbed off by everyone, seller says gogroopie are refunding me, gogroopie never reply to their emails. Will take this matter to court if they do not respond. Worst customer service I have ever had.

This is now 8 weeks since I ordered from gogroupie and the 4th time I have entered a review each time u get a response from gogroupie that they will chase the seller but no further action is taken

Bought an ipad at Xmas which never arrived now have requested refund on the 8th of January - which I was told would be back in my bank in 7-14 days - still no refund. I am fuming!!!! They are Once again ignoring my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We purchased 2 vouchers for a trip to Venice during the month of March. This was advertised at £89.00 per voucher but ended up at £189.00 per voucher for 3 nights from a regional airport. AFTER purchasing the vouchers we were told that there was only one date available for flights. We could not travel on this date and we spent the whole day trying to sort it out before eventually being offered another flight at an extra cost of £59.99 per person. We explained that we were totally dissatisfied and not prepared to pay a penny more. We have since twice filled in the cancel my voucher section on the GoGroopie website and have not even received so much as an acknowledgement. This is appalling customer services. We would like our £378.00 back.

Despite three emails to go groupie itself and a similar number to the 'supplier' I haven't heard a dickie bird, no even the decency of an acknowledgement never mind a reply. I feel totally ripped off and would advise anyone to avoid them like the plague!!!

I ordered an item on the 1.1.15 (magnetic frost shield for car). Nothing received yet, I have tried contacting Go Groopie and Go deal me with no response apart from a automatic bounce back from Go deal me!! Will never buy anything from these cowboys again. I just want my money back for the goods and postage.

Sent & paid for an order 9th Jan 2015. I have the proof of payment on my bank statement but still have not received my goods. Have sent numerous messages but still no reply to any of them as to where my goods are or when they will be delivered. Think my next step is to take it further as it looks like they have no intensions of sending me my order which they have had the money for
