“Gogroopie just appeared in my emails alongside wowcher. As I had used wowcher I thougt GG was legitimate too. At the end if November I paid £44 for a tablet with accessories and delivery. Thinking it would be here Christmas week for a gift, how wrong I? STILL HAVE NOT received the tablet. Emailed so many times without any reply. Ever!!! Then my son found these shocking reviews about GG. Basically saying to avoid like the plague and that many many ppl has oId for orders and never got them. So to anyone thinking of using Gogroupie AVOID like the PLAGUE. They are con merchants. And thieves.”

“Placed an order for usb hub in mid October with a 2-3 week delivery. Now nearing end of January and still no sign of item.. Complained to Go Groopie on numerous occasions and was told they had contacted supplier My Avarice. I too tried to contact this company but found their web site had been disabled and could not get an answer on trying to telephone. Have now been asked by Go Groopie to cancel my order and they would refund my money to Go Groop;ie account - how can I cancel order when cannot contact My Avarice. Since I have no intention of using Go Groopie in the future I don't want a credit with the company, just my initial payment plus postage and packing. Incidentally Go Groopie are still advertising vouchers for the same usb hub. I certainly would not use them again and would warn potential customers to keep clear”

“I agree with the bad reviews on here. I ordered an owl satchel for my daughter in late October early November and received nothing, I have emailed gogroopie they did reply once saying they had a back log but have since not had any communication with this company nor has the gift turned up,as this was a Christmas present for my 12 yr old daughter she has been very disappointed as this was something she chose herself. The company asked me to use 2 different payment methods pay pal and credit card thankfully i am glad I used these methods as I will be covered however the disappointment for my daughter is no consolation. I will in future never use this company and will be googling all other companies I want to use in the future to check the reviews, and willbe reporting this company to trading standards as I feel they need investigating.”

“Ordered pebbles in June. Just like any other customer here items not received. Have spoken to customer care 5 times and every time a refund was promised. As expected no refund till date. “I Ordered 3 head-lamps and the Ebay details said £1.90 postage per voucher. When I came to redeem the voucher it said postage £4.95 so I asked for a refund in early December. I got a message from Go Groupie saying it will take 7 to 14 days to process the credit. I chased them up this week and they replied saying that my credit was accidentally held in a pending file, but I will get it shortly. I will keep you informed as to when I get the refund. “Items never arrived when disputed reply after sending numerous e mails was told unless I stop my dispute with PayPal they cant help. Also said I never redeemed voucher or paid extra postage cost, impossible for me to do that if it was not received. “Absolutely disgusted with this company and their lack of response.
I ordered an item back in November 2014 and still to date I have had no item and no refund. I sent several emails and eventually they responded saying to scan my bank statement over (as proof of monies out) which I did and have heard nothing since.

“I have emailed this company 3 times by way of contact form on website and direct email. To which I have had no response. My mum ordered a hoover on Christmas Eve, the money debited her bank account the next working day. To date we have had no confirmation of her order and no sign of the hoover. Given the lack of the response the next step is trading standards. No contact number on website and lack of respose to emails makes me think this company is dodgy!”
