“I am still awaiting the Toothbrush Heads and after notifying you that I would do so if they didn't arrive I am now going to raise this matter with my Bank. GoGroupie have problems which they aren't resolving, they are often taking money and not giving the service advertised and therefore I will also be notifying Trading Standards.
The money for these items was taken over 5 weeks ago, if GoGroupie were as good at supplying the goods as they are at taking the money they would be getting 5 star ratings.”
