“I ordered 2 separate items from a company called 'Pinkstyle' and despite contacting Go Groupie several times, I still haven't received my orders or a refund including postage costs. Go Groupie emailed me twice asking if I had received my orders - I think they know the answer to that and they are now choosing to ignore my emails. I'm afraid I am now going to unsubscribe. Very disappointed with their service.”

“I paid by PAY Pal and took Go groopie to dispute after they took my money for an order and then took extra for P+P but I never received either the goods or response from any emails I sent to them. I won the dispute and Paypal refunded me in full. I will never use them again.”

“I have ordered some coconut oil for £6.99 which is a good deal. However on reciept of the voucher it advises that there is a postage and package cost of £4.95. I have sent an e mail to advise them that I want my money back as I am well within my 28 days and I have heard nothing at all. I paid by pay pal is there anything I can do?”

“No customer service what so ever, I ordered 3 TSA locks, paid via paypal, they arrived 3 weeks later, they were cheap plastic locks all loose in an envelope from China, no instructions, no combination to unlock them as they had all been delivered to me locked. I contacted GoGroopie via email they eventually replied 3 days later suggesting that I return the locks at my own expense and they would inform the seller and enquire about their refund policy!! I replied suggesting that as the locks were useless to me, they could not be used for the purpose they were purchased for, I would like a free post label to return them and a full refund inclusive of P&P charges, they replied two days later suggesting that I contact the seller and copy them in on the email, I couldn't quite belive a company could actually run a business like this! I suggested if they were not going to send me a free post label and issue a full refund inclusive of P&P I would take the case up with paypal, as I felt I had been inconvenienced enough! They replied again requesting that I contact the seller!!! I contacted paypal and started a dispute with GoGroopie for the P&P charges as well as the cost of the locks. I received another email from GoGroopie suggesting that I contact the seller, I informed them I had taken up a dispute with paypal. I then contacted the MD of the comapny who was listed as Jonathan Mackey I sent him an email explaining all of the problems I had encountered as a customer of Go Groopie, the lack of customer service, the shoddy quality of the items sent and the lack of being able to use the items, also informing him that I had started a dispute with Paypal against GoGroopie, I sent this email on Monday 20th April at 12.49 and to date 27th April 15.11 I have not had any correspondence from him at all, now why does that not surprise me!! Please do not buy from this awful company they sell cheap nasty products that you could probaly buy of ebay for equal money or less and I am sure you would also get free P&P from Ebay sellers too, especially from China!! They offer no customer service at all, I do not think any one of them has ever heard of customer service, they are the dregs of the earth, and should be avoided at all costs.”

“I have ordered lots of things from GoGroopie and have not had any problems until recently when delivery seems to be very slow.
I am having trouble now with one item that was purchased on 15 December 2014 and still has not arrived. I have dealt with 3 different people at GoGroopie and the company concerned (GiRlie Glitz) and they all say "If you haven't heard in 7 days get back to me". I have done this every fortnight since December! I cannot now remember what the ring looks like!

“DO NOT BUY FROM GOGROOPIE!! I made the mistake of ordering an item at the discounted price of £8.99. However my PayPal account was debited with not only this price but also the full price of £24.99 plus £3.99 P & P! I notified them immediately and I've been trying since January to get a refund without success. I eventually submitted a complaint to the Financial ombudsman but they have explained that as GOGROOPIE are not a regulated company they could not do anything. Avoid GOGROOPIE like the plague.”

“I was very concerned, when I placed my order for lights and there was no place for my address, then I noticed Voucher, details but I never ordered a Voucher, so I tried to down load it to no avail, I never even received a email from you, since then I have phoned no reply, sent emails ignored, so I have now been in touch with PAYPAL to get my money back, I do not understand how your Director Mr Jonathan Mackey, can run a company like this.
