I'm having great difficulty claiming vouchers from the actual sellers. There also seems to be poor traceability regarding voucher status, eg, is voucher used and has product been received.

I have bought a couple of items and the quality has been very bad. I am still awaiting a refund for items I rejected months ago. Apparently a refund was on its way about three week ago but no sign of it yet. Every email I have sent is not replied to for several days if at all.

Bought a Parka from a company called J&Y through Go Groopie. It says "luxury parka" well the quality was awful and instead of sending me the correct size they sent me 2 sizes up. Huge it was and the fur inside falls out onto your clothes especially if they are black. Sent it back for refund still waiting for it. Have contacted and tried phoning this company but no reply from them for the refund yet and the phone number had to be a premium one too. Contacted also Go Groopie customer service for them to help me and yet got nothing. Very frustrated and annoyed with all of this. Don't order from Go Groopie or the parka coat from this company called J&Y they are useless just want your money and don't refund you especially when it was their mistake of sending me the wrong size and selling poor quality clothes. Won't ever be buying any stuff from this site! Be aware it all looks very nice but it isn't.

I have bought several items at great prices, have found the site easy to use from start to actually receiving the item. Any communication between us has been straight forward and dealt with very quickly. I therefore recommend the use of Go groopie

Been in contact three times now and still no refund for tablet!! (£80) Going to PayPal now to see what they can do!! I order vouchers quite a lot but will never use this website again!! disgusting!!!

I ordered my item on 19 nov 2014 DJ hamster and have sent email requesting a refund as I still have not received it. I have not had any reply I would never use your site again

Like Catherine contacting you about a problem is a problem - email contact returns with "it may take up to 5 weeks to reply" not good enough

Ordered a tablet for one of my foster children - money taken twice and after several rude emails from Gogroupie I was told I could have my account put in credit but no refund because this was my fault! No credit has appeared and after sending several more emails I have received no response. I have been unable to get a phone number to try and resolve this. To add insult to injury the tablet had obviously been a return as it had somebody's log on details on it! Avoid this site at all cost!!!!

Ordered two vouchers in error and cancelled one immediately. Acknowledgement received about two weeks later confirming refund would be back in account in 14 working days this was on 6th December. No response to any emails and no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for a voucher in October, I have never received the goods, I paid for postage at £ 4.99 as well. I have sent 3 messages to go groupie and not received any replies back. Very angry about this as the goods I ordered were for christmas presents. Very very disappointed.

Not happy that as a new customer I purchased 2 vouchers. One of the vouchers I was able use and received my goods, however I have still not been able to use the second one as the merchants website does not recognise it. I sent a message to customer services last week and have still not received a reponse! Not good service at all!

Bought a voucher code no 3530559684 for a restaurant who never answer their phones, when i emailed go groupie for refund , they promised it will be in my account in max 7 wirking days, this was 2 months ago and am still waiting. Sent many reminders but no one replied. Very bad wont buy from them again.

Rubbish rubbish, I ordered my stuff on the 6th of December 2014, expected marchant's delivery 2 to 3 weeks, I contacted the company, I contacted Groopie . No reply, no acknowledge . Unreliable people and company. I wiki never ever buy anything from them. Crap crap

I paid for an item but had to pay for postage separate. The website would not take it. Go Groopie told me they would transfer the money into my go groupie account as a goodwill gesture. That was 2 months ago. Still waiting.

I still have not received my items and have written to the company twice but they have not replied and have also emailed Go Groupie twice and have not had a ressponce. Very unhappy!!!!
