Not happy.. got one item owl necklace. But never got the bangle.. sent you emails but no bloody reply.. will not recommend. . Not happy..

I am still waiting for goods that were ordered as Christmas gifts. I had to write three times before I finally got an answer that you would look into it and have heard nothing since.

The voucher I bought could not be redeemed at the checkout. After countless emails and unanswered phone call to both the merchant and Go Groopie I have still to receive any contact from either. I purchased the voucher at the beginning of December 2014. The item was for a Christmas gift for my wife. My experience maybe just an unlucky one. But!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

GoGroopie has always been great. Great goods, great ideas, great prices. Until late last year when things changed. Non delivery. No problem of course just report and go! No. Report, report and report. No answer, no confirmation of communication even. Disappointed? Yes. I have had a great many purchases with you and so it is a little disappointing to say the very least. In fact I am finding it hard to believe even now. If there was a problem with the voucher going through I would have thought someone would have advised? No. I have purchased since this event and all goods have been received, great offers at great prices. Service by Go Groopie? Not really very great at all.

Voucher No. 5401720686 , Ordered a compression sports shirt at Aneeks.com on 13/12/2014 supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks no sign of my order or any explanation , sadly not the first bad experience with GoGroopie but definitely the last , have spoken to a policeman friend he says this is nothing less than fraud although I think GoGroopie are beyond embarrassment and nothing much will change usual excuses about a backlog etc , try doing what other firms do when they become busy - employ temporary staff , it's really not complicated come on Gogroopie , prove us all wrong!

Four of the six orders I placed in a six month period were not to my satisifaction. At least one of these sellers appears to have gone out of business. GoGroopie are slow to reply to complaints and usually just bat them away when they get them with a form letter.

Most items came alright unfortunately I don't like that you pay for the item then a few days later you pay the postage, would be better altogether as that's twice I lost out on a good deal through missing email for postage.

I said i would keep you informed of any action on my attempt to get the item i ordered or my money back from this bandit company,i will no longer even attempt to negotiate with this bunch of conmen because they never do what they say they will do,take a look at their scripted answers to all complaints it is always the same.The last message i had from these conmen was they were going to contact the merchant and cancel my order and they would refund me my money.Did they do it NO OF COURSE NOT that was over a week ago and NOTHING.I have now taken steps to recover my money NOT direct from this bunch of conmen but through other channels who will get me my money back.I have also taken steps to ensure they get ALL the bad publicity i can to make sure people NEVER order from this bunch again.There will be no further updates as i have done with this bunch of conmen.

Absolutely rediculous the amount of bad reviews on here! I recieved your email about my voucher codes u told me i would hear from the merchant directly and im still waiting! Wish i had have came across this page before i purchused those codes! Looks like this company is on the stroke! How can this be took further???

This company is an absolute disgrace and we should all complain about trading standards / watchdog about them. After seeing reviews on this webpage after I placed my order I phoned up to cancel, I received an email saying I would receive a refund in 7-14 days and I am still yet to receive this!! I sent another email requesting this and did not hear anything, I have phoned them twice, the 1st time I was told I would receive it in next week ago (this was a month ago) and then I phoned them on Monday and they said they could see i had waited a while and the refund would 100% be in my bank today. Well they are talking garbage again!!! If I could give this company no stars I would. Time to complain people!!!!

Ordered an item for Christmas on the 3rd December and still hasn't arrived - I've contacted gogroopie and have heard nothing - do they really exist. Stay away from this company or you're likely to lose your money.

I have sent gogroopie 2 emails and no response I paid for my item by PayPal .who I have been in contact with.and sent a email via there complaints procedure .still no response .very bad service. Would not recommend this company.my item was the 17 piece blender.

i ordered two items from them over 1 year ago the vouchers didnt work and ive been emailing them repeatedly ever since to get a refund they wont reply or deal with this they did however remove the items from my account so i now no longer have the number codes despite still taking my money. the worst customer sevrice and judging by all the other reviews ive read about people in the same position as me and still trying to get refunds with no replies they are just time wasting rip offs AVOID!!!

What disgusting service!! I have been waiting for a response from them for over a month and when I try to call them up and explain my frustration over not getting refunds for the 2 vouchers in question, they have the audacity to say that there's no point attacking them and I need to have patience!! They also said that they will terminate the call and I could keep chasing them over emails. Please could someone advise on how we can make official complaint about this company? They seem to be a bunch of fraudsters!
