Rubbish, Rubbish Rubbish!!! Took my money but no voucher, have emailed them twice but not reply. Do not use this company!

Disgusting from Go Groopie and the company that I was buying an item from. I ordered a car diagnostic machine which said guaranteed delivery if ordered before 13th December. They took my money but no goods. Gifthampersbypost.co.uk don't reply to emails and if you try and call them you are left waiting as I was for over 30 minutes on 4 separate occasions I have emailed GoGroopie twice and they don't reply either. Seems neither company are trustworthy and my next step it to assume this is fraud and report it as such ! STAY CLEAR, there are good companies out there these two are rubbish.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery as stated on your voucher. i ordered 2 items on this site on 2 December -unfortunately it was only just after placing the order that I decided to check customer feedback - wish i had done so before as most customers reporting seem to have had very unsatisfactory service- as I have- Noting the adverse customer reviews as a precaution once ordered I immediately raised a query / check with Go Groopie who assured me that the order had been processed and the items would be received within 21 days - however neither item - which were intended as Xmas presents -has been received and despite several chasers/ reminders to GoGroopie they have not responded at all to these -now I do not know if these items will be received at all or if so when

I'll admit after reading these reviews I was concerned about placing an order, but I decided to go ahead and order. At first my code wasn't working but I sent across an email to go groopie and they swiftly responded the next day. Once I had redeemed, my item was delivered in 4 days even though it said to allow 21 days for delivery. Very happy experience in buying from go groopie and would recommend to friends.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, CODES DO NOT WORK. CONTACTED RETAILER DIRECTLY AND THEY WERE STARTING TO BE HELPFUL AND NOW THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS AND THEIR PHONE LINE IS DEAD. WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED. I WILL ALSO OPEN A CASE ON PAYPAL AGAINST THEM. DO NOT USE GO GROUPIE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!

STAY WELL CLEAR CODES DO NOT WORK I HAD TO OPEN A CASE WITH PAY/PAL AGAINST GO GROOPIE I GOT ONE E-MAIL AFTER I OPENED TELLING ME TO CLOSE CASE AND THEY WOULD SEND ME MY ITEM (BAD IDEA) I CALLED PAY/PAL AND TOLD THEM THE ADVISED ME NOT TO AS IT WAS THE ONLY HOLD I HAD ONCE THE CASE IS CLOSED THATS THE END OF IT AND I WOULD NEVER SEE MY ITEM OR MONEY AGAIN THANKS TO PAY/PAL I FINELY GOT MY MONEY BACK (TODAY)....BE WARNED

Very disappointed with GoGroupie as I purchased an in car Bluetooth sun visor but when I go to zip gadgets to get it sent iand enter the code in the discount code box it advises me it is invalid. I have emailed without any response at all from yourselves. Not even a contact number to call to sort it out. Not a positive experience at all.

The most useless company I have ever had to deal with. They make empty promises which are never fulfilled. I ordered two iPhone charges in September and despite non delivery my refund has been promised since october and to date nothing. I ordered some storage boxes and within minutes of placing the order realised it would cost £7.99 each for postage. Again my refund is still being process. Customer service assistants Layla, Haassan and Sabrina have all responded confirming my refund will be processed and still nothing. Last email from them was 15th Dec which Sabrina confirmed that they had system errors and the refunds will be in my account within 7 days and I am Still waiting. I email at least every other day and still no response. Even when I advised I will contact CAB and Trading Standards still nothing. No one should touch this company as they are real bad news. No customer service at all. Not onc news anyone tried to call or anything. USELESS!!!!

I ordered three motion senor lights in November. Looked great in the ad but could not find any measurements on the advert and they looked quite large in the picture. Only one was delivered (in a small Jiffy bag) although they have charged me for all three lights. The light was far too small to light any area let alone a driveway or garden. I tried in vain to contact the company but by the time they answered my email, I was over the 14 day limit for a refund so they offered me a credit on my account which has never materised. I will never buy from this company again, no one ever answered my emails and there is no phone numbers that I could find. Buyers beware.

Discusting customer service!! I'm owed just over £100 from x2 kids xmas gifts. Ive been given such rubbish responses & false promises!! The final straw being told refund within the day and STILL no refund!! Yet they've been quick enough to delete items from my order history?! Funny that!! I'm now going to BBC WATCHDOG the company has completely ruined my children's christmas as these were there main presents!! I understand items were recalled and not there fault directly but refunds should of been a priority!! I gave them money in November 15th it's now January 7th!! Imagine the interest they gain holding mine and others money that long?! Whilst I scrape around trying to make something out of a disasterous xmas!! I need that money!! I don't earn a lot. My children need want SANTA promised them!! :-(

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM> I ordered 4 atoms from them in November - no sign of any. no replies to emails. In the past I returned one atom ordered through them - I never got refund! DO NOT USE PLEASE!!!!!!

I ordered some Tea on 28/11/14 and I have not recieved it. I emailed your company three times and had no response from you. I have tried to contact the tea company but they don't seem to have any way of being able to contact them as well. It seems that I will have to go to small claims as I think that taking people's money for goods and not delivering them is fraud.
