Order and paid for a Bluetooth watch in early January have not yet received it by now have contacted their customer services they keep writing that they will contact me but up to now have not. Really disappointed with their service

This site is aweful ordered childs andriod tablet in November and as it did not appear ive requested a refund of several occassions and still waiting will certainly not be using it again and they wont even give a phone number out to get to talk to someone.

I bought a few items before Christmas. Two came very quickly, but the third didn't come at all quickly. When I called Gogroopie about it I realised I hadn't properly redeemed (as it wasn't that clear how to do it). Once I got off the phone it arrived 3 days later. All items thoroughly happy with though

Have finally had enough of this company they are refusing to refund my money for orders placed in October and November I am pensioner approaching my eighties my Christmas was completely ruined as gifts I purchased from this company never arrived and left me in tears as I could not afford to lay-out anymore money, I have been in constant touch with GoGroopie by email as any other way of contacting them does not work, I hoped they would refund all my money but will only offer vouchers which do not work, I have been seeking advice and will start proceedings to recover my money in full. Do not be put off by emails from them telling you cannot get a refund after a certain period of time YES YOU CAN BY LAW Had to give 1 star to get this printed my advice stay clear of this company its a scam

Placed order, payed via debit card, item did not arrive, contacted company who was supplying item, no reply and also contacted go groopie many many times no reply either, I use groupon and other voucher websites all the time! And have always. Even very happy with customer service! But these people are allowed to take your money and run!! I feel like they've stole my money! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! There are much better voucher websites who honour there vouchers!! There Internet robbers!! Stay well clear!

I have ordered several items from gogroopie. Some deals have gone through okay, and others haven't. On one of them the voucher was not accepted by the retailer. I have contacted gogroopie who told me the contact the retailer. The retailer's phone number is not working, and I have emailed them but they don't respond. I've emailed gogroopie about this but no response to me on this. Another offer for car tyre pressure valves has not been satisfactory. I have not had any response from either go groupie or the retailer.

Hate to give low points on reviews but have to as I always have a problem when ordering items from them. My e-mail/password not recognised and cannot redeem my voucher. Have emailed support group and not received a reply. Makes me want to unsubscribe now

I purchased a voucher to buy a gadget only to find that the voucher was unusable, saying it was out of date on the day I received it! I have been trying ever since toi obtain a refund to no avail. I pair via paypal and have now asked them to take this up on my behalf. I will not be buying from GoGroupie again.

I have been trying to compleat my order but cannot access the link that GoGroopie gave for me to do this I have been trying to contact them many times through emails to tell them of the problem but I have had no replys back so I have paid for goods that I have not revieved

I regret to say that I am having all sorts of problems with Go Groopie at the moment in that I have purchased several items through their voucher service which have already been paid for but unfortunately, not delivered. This, however has not always been the case for several items purchased were delivered and I was delighted with them and their speed of delivery. I will of course take this up with Go Groupie and hopefully resolve the problem.

on the 7th of Jan this year I purchased two chairs with a voucher from go groopy the chairs were susposed to be delivered within 14 days now it is over a month and still no chairs I have tried to contact go groopy by e mail on several occations but with no results I have also tried to contact the supplier and discovered that the address they supply on their web page is only a virtual office they also don't reply to emails amd are never available to answer telephones, I have not had a lot od success with go groopy in the past a set of frying pans I bought fell to peices so I feel this is the time to give someone else a try.

I would give a lower rating if I could. I ordered a Scooter on the 22nd October, thinking that this would be sufficient time to receive it before Christmas. How wrong was I, today (3rd Feb) its still not arrived after multiple phone calls and emails to both the company from whom I bought the scooter and GoGroopie. I finally received a response from the company which simply read "get in touch with GoGropie for a refund". No sorry or anything. By the way, the company is called BTRADE, who also goes under the trade name/web site of Giftright.co.uk, partymusthaves.co.uk, zip gadgets.co.uk and mytouchscreen.co.uk. The website i had to redeem my voucher through was zip gadgets.co.uk and they were quick enough to take the money but not so forthcoming with the goods. When i phoned multiple times before Christmas, on the 25 is times I called, the phone was only answered 3 times. The rest of the time the phone just rang out. I have not been able to get a response since Christmas with the exception of the aforementioned email. I lodged a complaint with GoGroopie for a refund, who promise to be back in touch with me within 5 to 7 working days, seem to keep to their word and contact me every 7th working day to ask a question to prolong the refund process. I have now changed tack and have finally found their Customer Services number (0843 504 7250), only to find that this number is only manned between the hours of 10 and 4, Monday to Friday. No wonder it takes them 7 working days to reply to an email if they only work 6 hours a day! My advise to you all would be stay away from this terrible company, this isn't the first problem i've had with them but it will certainly be the last. Once I get my refund, my account will be shutdown, I will unsubscribe from their newsletter and I shall add their address to my spam filter. So very disappointing.
