“I purchased two vouchers with Go Groopie in November for Christmas presents. Nothing arrived, the companies concerned refused to respond to emails and so did Go Groopie. One product eventually arrived in January, and having been promised a refund for the other on 20th January I am still waiting for my money back.
I wouldn't touch this company again with a bargepole. I'm sticking to Wowcher from now on as I've never had any problems with them!”

“Do not touch this company. vouchers dont work. Purchased two start of Dec 2014 asked for refund the following day. Still waiting even after confirmation email sent to me 6th January 2015. Called them today and was told 'oh yes they are a little overdue will process today'
There are so many other comapanies offering same deals use one of them.”

“Getting the voucher wasn't a problem and I was lucky enough to be able to reach Gogroopie on the phone although finding a contact number was difficult. There was a considerable delay in responding to my emails, they blamed a Christmas backlog.
My issue is with Zip Gadgets, I made my order on the 27th of Nov, its now the 10th of Feb and still no product. Their phone just rings out, there is no answer machine and the only replied to me once and this was when chased by Gogroopie. Today I've requested a refund, both from Gogroopie and Zip Gadgets, will it arrive hassle free?, I hope so because what was meant to be an easy experience has been draining and grim.”

“Purchased a voucher in January to buy a gift for a friend's birthday which never worked, emailed customer service and the merchant numerous time without any replies. Emailed again asking for refund as friend's birthday has now passed, finally got a reply saying merchant will reset voucher code but gogroopie are waiting confirmation of this and will be in touch shortly to let me know, replied asking for refund as voucher no good to me, wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing voucher, very poor customer service, no communication and long delays even if you do manage to get a reply!!! Money taken from account in January and still no goods!”
