“The body of the keyring torches are only plastic (the one I already have which is now broken is metal) and feels very flimsy and looks cheap and nasty. Good strong/bright LED light though and this is the redeeming feature. One of the 2 torches was faulty but this is being replaced. I would not pay the full price for this product and overall have very mixed feelings about it. Not one of your best Go Groupie.”

“Ordered a Burberry scarf on 10th, November as a Christmas present. It didn't arrive until after Christmas and then it was a different scarf altogether. Had absolutely no joy from the supplier - managed to get someone to answer the phone only once and they were rude and unhelpful! Things did improve slightly when I contacted Groupon - I was told to send it back for a refund but no offer of payment of postage. I had to ask! Sent it back a week ago - still no refund.

“AVOID. AVOID. AVOID...did not receive my voucher, code was wrong apparently. I emailed several times with no reply, so I took out a dispute against them with PayPal.
