“Had some items received ok but one hasn't turned up from 14th December and the other had no stock available when I tried to use the voucher the next day.
Asked 31st December about missing order, eventually got reply saying allow 7 days for supplier to contact me or get back in touch.
Heard nothing requested refund of purchase price and postage after allowing 8 days, so far no reply or refund.
The one where item was subsequently out of stock they said would refund in 14 days, nearly 3 weeks and still no refund.
Refuse to use them again, they take your money but don't refund ever!!!”

“I am still waiting for a refund of £198.00 despite phone calls and email where they have promised the refund in 7-14 days still not issued this goes back to the end of December. Even though on there website they promise no quibble refunds. Will not use this company again. Very difficult to find contact numbers and they take days to reply to emails.”

“I have had the worst experience from ordering from go groupie. I ordered a frozen game for my god daughter for xmas - they eventually advised that they would not be able to fulfil my order and would refund me. It is now end of January and despite several e-mails have still not received this.
