“Christmas order received last December was not working. It has taken 6 months to get a refund and the store I purchased from refused to take the item back costing me postage by special delivery. They refused to pay me the postage back and a very slow service from GoGroopie. Going to remove my subscription from receiving anymore emails. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.”
“I eventually received my refund after 6 month wait !! Still outstanding is refund for delivery, where they had the audacity of charging for delivery, when delivery was over 30 miles away, I was suppose to have collected it from that location within 4 days !! I also think a little decency would be to give compensation especially where they were a Xmas present, ordered in plenty of time, but delivery i'm still trying to understand WHY it would get delivered 30 miles away, its not like I live in the OUTBACK.”

“Just received order, first asked for Dec 2014, 2 sets of valve caps asking price £4.00 each but 2 for £7.00. ordered and paid for then went through voucher debacle. the time that was over £7.00 offer gone paid the extra £1.00. then had to redeem (pay for) 2 vouchers so order originally £7.00 now £13.00.All that hassle and close on 6 months wait, keep away from this outfit. Time Trading Standards and HMRC looked at this lot, I think voucher racket is a tax scam, but maybe that is just me. The £5.00 voucher payment was for postage, the packet was about 2oz.”

Unfortunately the two sets were purchased separately and as per the deal page, each voucher must be redeemed individually. If you experience such a fault with purchase in the future, you could cancel the vouchers and repurchase one voucher for the combined price.
