“am appalled by the service recieved. i have been chasing a refund since 17th march for a faulty product i recieved. and all i get told to do is send an email to the supplier. then wait weeks to not get a response.

“I ordered 2 halogen ovens on 21st April....was supposed to be sent in 10 days...ive received nothing, ive emailed twice,,,,no reply ....rang last week, guy said he'd contact the seller, still not heard anything , been sat here on phone now for 30 minutes ...listening to same music ....looking at the reviews maybe we are all chasing them, my next stop is BBC's Watchdog, seems a lot of unhappy customers ...wont be using again.....”
