Don't buy anything from this company I bought a mascara in February 5.99 not expensive still waiting have given up as I have to prove via a bank statement that I have paid what the advert didn't tell me was I had to pay for postage as well but will not refund my money so I have given up only thing I can do is put out these warning reviews don't use then go to grouping instead much more trust worthy don't forget don't use this company

Bought a few jewellery pieces from GoGroopie and they look amazing. Keeping an eye out to increase my collection!

I like go groupie it's good for getting good deals on anything from garden bits to things for your home and clothes. Only one point not so happy with if the company not got what you ordered and paid for. It would be nice to be told there is a wait on it and how long it would be with out having to and try to find out your self where your items are

Was looking for some solar light to decorate my garden and found some on GoGroopie, they were much cheaper than elsewhere and they look amazing in my garden.

Would not touch this company with a 10 ft barge pole. Refused to refund my money. I'm seriously thinking in taking this further.

Gogroopie is a lovely company which has enabled me to buy things i would never had dream of owning. However, i find that gogroopie does not communicate with his suppliers or marcharts, as such it has become diffcult for the buyers to sometime get their goods from the marcharts. Personally i have experient difficulties and lost money and time chasing the marchart as well as gogroopie, which i find disstressing as such i given up chasing some goods and lost my money. Please gogroopie should re evaluate their co of contract and ensure the marchart they deal with aheard to the contract they have with gogroopie. Thanks

Caveat Emptor - Buyer beware this company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Got a problem with an order then talk to the wall or your pet as you'll get more sense and assistance. I purchased a voucher for a ring, which was supposed to be a gift. Redeemed the voucher taking note of the 21 day (maximum) delivery schedule. 21 days elapsed so I contacted Go Groopie's customer service department and the supplying vendor and awaited a reply, and I waited and waited, a bit like Amy Pond, just without the benefit of a Time Lord as a best mate. Anyhoo, I found the only way to get the attention of the customer service department (unconfirmed reports suggest its a shed somewhere with interminable internet access) is to report them to Paypal. This has the function of lighting the touchpaper under the backside of whatever hibernating creature they have manning the help desk and returns the less than helpful reply of 'oh you've got the hump and have asked Paypal to get involved eh? Well Sunshine until you call the PayPal dogs off the scent we're not gonna do nuffin! - obviously I paraphrase, but this is essentially the gist of the reply I received. So I returned volley stating my concern that an item could make it's way on foot in the 21 day window of delivery from the vendor Girlie Glitz based oh so many millions miles away in Yorkshire. Christ Frodo manged to get to Mordor with a ring quicker than these bunch of shysters and he had to deal with Orks, Goblins and all sorts. In the meantime Girly Glitz ask me "what ring did you order?" Erm i thought the purpose of the order number and order info was to provide the vendor with a clue as to what I'd purchased. Nope. Apparently not as I had to furnish them with the details of my purchase and the size of the ring and all the details that I only oh-so-wrongly assumed would be passed over by Go-Groopie. Now if you're still reading, I've been playing email 'PONG' with Go Groupie's Customer (is obviously not right or worth our time) department and they keep re-iterating that they'll cancel the order with the merchant if I don't cancel the Pay Pal claim, which suggests to me that the 21 day delivery window was so HUGE that a Blue Whale could comfortably get a tan thorough the glass or someone in the corner of the company hub (read Shed) had dropped a zero off the end of the delivery timescale. The long of it all is that I'm still awaiting a reply from both Go-Groupie and Girly-Glitz with regard to when Sauron could knock up another dress ring up in the fires of his BBQ in the back garden so I would seriously recommend anyone considering purchasing from Go(get stuffed Mr customer) Groopie or Girly Glitz go and set light to the money, or give it to a Charity.

Whats wrong now? Still not heard anything about my order and 21 days have passed. this is beyond a joke do you know that you have had my money now for over 6 months refusing to give me it back so I try to spend it on some things that I dont even want or need! !! And I dont even get that!!! Think you are just having a laugh at my expense now. I have written 4 letters of complaint I have received no responses to these complaints. The interim response received. Hi William, Thank you for getting back to me. I was simply offering your refund in credits as our customers are happy to accept credit (the fastest method to refund) to make alternative purchases. As you do not seem happy to make a booking I will send the cancellation requests to the agents now for a refund to your original method of payment. We expect a response from them shortly. Please note that refunds can take approximately 7 days to process as we await written confirmation from the merchants, and you card issuer to make the funds available to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I will send you an email as soon as we issue the refunds We shall see what happen now, a simple customer service course should be undertaken, when the customer asks for a full refund, the customer wants a full refund not a credit note. Will update in 7 days.

Ordered an item back on May 19th paid £7.99 for voucher for mascara and £3.99 for postage which obviously wasn't used as not dispatched having to wait until 26th June before I can escalate my claim through paypal not very happy at all!

I ordered goods that were advertised on offer. When I got the coupon number, i was asked to pay the postage which i did. Having waited almost 1 month, i have been advised i didnt redeem the voucher. How would i have got to the stage of paying the postage if i hadnt redeemed the voucher. extremley upset
