Wouldn't reccommenend using this website!!! Ordered goods in November 2014, didn't arrive. Very poor response from customer support, they take too long to communicate to my liking. Been promised a credit to my account and have been waiting 2 weeks for this. I don't hold out much hope!!

After numerous attempts to contact this sham of a company still no response. Voucher expires in 2 days, don't hold out much hope. Will be contacting trading standards n watchdog

Dreadful customer service. Coupon didn't work. Still waiting for a refund. Have emailed them numerous times. They say they will credit my groupie account - BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK !- THEY HAVE NOT HONOURED THEIR CONTRACT and I will never use their site again. Thank goodness it wasn't a large sum of money. Glad I used Paypal - will use their resolution centre.

Cannot get into my account cant get through to no one been trying for 6 weeks paid for everything but cant redeem very bad customers service no number emails no respond

I ordered a tablet tried to get the vouvher emailed go groupie loads of times got one answer on 5th feb saying they will refund my money back into my account still nothing ? Getting in touch with oft tomorrow ! Taking gogroupie to small claims court tomorrow

.DO NOT USE .goods dont turn up .and trying to get your money back is a nightmare.only good thing is i used paypal. ithink they are stalling so my pay pal 90 days is up. 6 weeks now and nothing.hopefully they will go to the wall.

Can't use my voucher, can't contact anybody, won't accept my details under 'my voucher won't work', problem has been ongoing for seven days, want to cancel my transaction, can't... Really unimpressed!

Purchased a voucher where the final item was sold by Gifthampersbypost. 12 weeks later no delivery and no response from either company to my numerous emails. Con men! Avoid!

Had a few problems redeeming but one phone call sorted that out. I was surprised at how cheap I got a robotic vacuum. Turned up yesterday and I'm very impressed.

Bad experience. Think again about buying with GoGroupie. I had brought two get away deals on 6th December 2014 for £138, unfortunately I had to cancel - and had cancelled within the 14 days of booking under their terms & Cons. It is now 13 February 2015 and I have not been refunded by GoGroupie. there has been little communication, more to the point no refund so far from Gogroupie. so very disappointed how long this has been drowned out. Yet, it only took a few clicks and a password to transfer the money in to their account. hrrrrm

I have purchased a few items now. The first couple I received ok, however, when buying 2 of the same thing you have to pay postage and packing twice but the items come in the same package! I have also ordered a ring costing £100 pounds in November and a toy costing £20 pounds in December but they have never been delivered. Despite repeated emails and telephone calls to go groupie and their merchants no one has bothered to get back to me. The one time I got an answer I was given a load of different excuses and the phone call cost more than the toy. I had one cheeky email back from the merchant about the ring at the start of January but nothing since. Next stop trading standards!

Ordered 2 items on the 3rd of december! Still not revieved either item! Have emailed gogroopie on several occassions with no response! No refund, No items! Im very dissapointed and will be advising everyone i know to steer clear! Terrible company! Will NEVER use again. Kerry gellar

Do not use this site!!!! I used it on a 2nd and 3rd occasion as i ordered two items within a day or two of each other. One of the items i returned direct to the seller who efficiently emailed back to confirm they had sent the refund through to GoGroupie who inturn had not reimbursed me. The other item NEVER arrived. It was a Xmas present and ordered weeks before Xmas. I have had one email from GG to say they would refund my account. They have only credited my account for a 3rd of the value (which i asked them to credit my card not my account) and they've failed to reply to my emails which now have accumulated to at least 5 with no response. This company should not be able to trade.
