THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SUPPLY THE GOODS. THERE SUPPLIER GIFT HAMPERS BY POST ARE JUST AS BAD THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THESE COMPANIES. THE TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD BE LOOKING INTO THESE COMPANIES..

Bought vouchers to redeem against canvas pictures nearly another ago. Monies was deducted from my account immediately, however when I tried to redeem vouchers, it is coming up as invalid. I have emailed go groopie a few times, but to no avail. There is also no contact phone number. Checked reviews and realised that this company cannot provide the quality of service they claim. I am very disappointed and although I did not pay much for my vouchers, hundreds were sold that day and I believe I am not the only customer who will feel ripped off. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman as I am NOT happy with the non response from the company. I have until 17th to redeem the vouchers which looks as if I will lose out. I have rated this as 1 purely because it us the lowest option, if I had my own way it would be 0.

I am fed up with seeing great travel offers for two people. When will companies like Go Groopie realise that there are lots of us singles in the world who do not have someone to go in holiday with - sad, but true, have a separate section of offers for us, please

I ordered two of the same items and was unable to purchase and have emailed the company two times as it expires in 6 days. was gonna call and realised they do not have a contact number, that is not good customer service and am a bit worried now. if i do not get a response will complain further

purchased 2 vouchers for 2 nights in Amsterdam with flights for £89 each, when I tried to book it they were expecting more money off me, ive emailed them for a FULL refund but received no reply, will not be using them again as I find it rather annoying that I cant call them directly

Absolutely awful communication and response to emails. I ordered two of the same things on 5th November one came weeks late and am still yet to receive the second. Will take this further if I have not received it by the end of the week.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE SPICE HOT INTERNATIONAL. I put an order in for a Serrano Ham some 12 weeks ago, despite delivery promised in 10 working days we are still awaiting it. Firstly an 8 week delay caused by having no stock then a further 4 week delay as they suddenly decided they don't deliver to the Isle of Man (I specifically checked this and even today it is still not mentioned in the advert). Terrible communication with Spice Hot blaming GoGroupie. This was for a birthday at the beginning of December, wish I hadn't bothered. Just don't use them, the prices are attractive but hassle is just not worth it.....

Why is it that this firm can not communicate with us customers, I have contacted them four times wrote an email and nothing, if I don't get my goods I will be taking it further, ombudsmen next. Well here's hoping.

If it was possible to give a below zero rating I would. Never answer emails, completely ignore them. Items do not arrive within the specified time. Some voucher codes do not work. Just about the worst company I have dealt with and certainly cannot compare for either customer care or service provided by companies like groupon or wowcher.

I bought a ring for my wife with this company in November and I am still yet to recieve the item. I have but a customer form in twice now and still not had any communication from them at all!

I have ordered 2 items through this company and not received any!! First order was Halloween contacts in October...might get them for this Halloween!!! Tried on numerous occasions to contact the company emails and phone calls nothing. The most recent purchase was the ladies Parker 20th January...still not received..and surprise surprise can not get in contact with the company! So I am now waiting for go groopie to see if they can sort it if not am going to trading standards and the police and reporting them for theft!!

I have paid for my voucher for 56 toilet rolls and then didn't realise I had to pay a further £6 96 pp, I have not received my items, I was disgusted at the postage price as I could of bought the toilet rolls just as cheap if not cheaper in the shops,,,this was about a month ago,,,I have tried to contact the company but cannot find a link,,,,am disgusted with these people they should be taken off the website,,,,I will tell everybody stay clear of them!!!!!

I bought and paid for postage ,on 8th January , a car diagnostic scanner for £22 and postage £4.94 , I have not received this item and have sent several emails, none of which have been answered , although I have used go groopie before and have not had a problem, I am very disappointed and will be unlikely to use them again. Was charged £8.99 for purchase of car dehumidifier, when placing the order I was charged a further £13.00 plus p&p. E-mailed go groupie for help with no reply.
