“I ordered a IPone 5 Protective case in January 2013. It arrived smashed in the Post. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I have written so many EMails to Customer service; Its incredible. They are useless! Its seems they are being deliberately obstructive. They give the impression when they do respond they have no intention of giving a refund. My refund for item has taken weeks to sort,as conversation is via email, so you reply stating these are my account details,they reply 3 days later! there merchants are dodgy,they appear to use backstreet traders most of the time.they need a hard lesson in consumer laws!!”

“As many of you i also bought and Android tablet before Christmas which didn't arrive. So i gave Customer care a ring. Spoke to Rhiannon she was lovely explained the whole situation to me and GoGroopie do not send the product you buy the coupon for a item from another business! She rang this Bluebud when i was on the phone and asked where my item was. She came back to me and apologized again and said that Bluebud ran out of stock and didn't inform GoGroopie until that very morning straight away she took my details and said she would call me back in half hour hopefully with a solution. 20mins past i got a phonecall from Rhiannon she had personally called up a number of other businesses they work with and had managed to secure me a similar tablet with them and it will be with me within 2 days. 2 days later i got my tablet so i just want to point out that its not GoGroopie that are causing this issue its businesses not being upfront with them. GoGroopie have done everything for me they could to clean up the mess of this "Bluebud" and i will purchase again. Thanks Rhiannon and thanks GoGroopie. P Hutchinson”

I will NEVER deal with them again. Thankfully my table bundle was purchased on a card & after many failed attempts of trying to resolve my many issues, (delivery, faulty goods, wrong description of item, return goods, returned delivery costs, refund requests to just be lied to over & over again )I contacted my bank and used there protection to get a charge back. If purchased via card even if Paypal and over the 45 days, get your money back, it's the only resolution from 5 months of experience!!!. I had to put 1 star.........................BAD COMPANY.”
I recently made a purchase with go groupie for £49 they have taken the payment 6 times . I am a pensioner and that is a lot of money taken from my account . I have e mailed them 3 times and up till now no response.. I tried a number some one had posted 0203474017 but not even a ring tone sooo guess this number does not exist . does any one have a contact number. I thought this company were part of groupon . ...Groupon have always been reliable and honest .. my big mistake thinking these two companies were linked

“I am absolutely appauled at the service I have received (or not received) from this company and advise anybody considering making a purchase from them to walk, no run, away, fast ! I stupidly bought an android tablet bundle as a gift for Christmas, it arrived just in the nick of time but unfortunately - there was no bundle - just the tablet which wouldn't even switch on ! The second I asked for a refund I have heard nothing from them - what a surprise ! Watchdog here we come !! Oh and yeah, I'm not the only person I know that had the same issue and they too are still awaiting a refund.”

I ordered and paid for a Tablet bundle on the 14th November 2012,paid for it on Paypal. As you can guess i am still waiting like many others who have been conned by this company. I also emailed and tried phoning Bluebud but didn't even get an email back.I have emailed GoGroopie many times and phoned with their answer being "trouble with the mercant,it has been posted,it will be sent out this week,we will chase merchant up etc etc. My last call to them i asked for a full refund and i was told it would be back in my Paypal account within 10 days.Yes the 10 days are up and no refund. I am now sending all my contacts an email to tell them my experience and to suggest they have nothing to do with this site.I would like anyone reading this to inform all their contacts and tell them to read up on the GoGroopie reviews.
I am also informing Trading Standards and Watchdog.
Paypal couldn't help me because it was over the 45 days to start a dispute.”

I ordered my Tablet on the 26th November and after being promised it would be delivered a number of times I still haven't received my Tablet, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. “Total scam!! Purchased my tablet on 27/12/12 - they were fast enough to take the money out of the bank - aswell as the £14.99 delivery.. I have never heard from them since! I have emailed them and had no reply whatsoever!! No telephone number to contact, absolutely disgraceful, i cannot cancel my order as it is well past the 7 day period!! “I am in the same boat as everyone else. I paid for my tablet 12th November 2012 and have had various emails with excuses. Basically saying the company is busy with Christmas orders and are trying to get orders out before Christmas, guess what I still haven't received my Tablet!!!
I will like everyone else, never use Go Groopie and have told all my friends the same. Both companies are doomed to failure I'm afraid. I am now in the process of contacting The Office of Fair Trade to report both compaines, which is what I have informed Go Groopie, but have had no response”
