Review of Bluebud from 4 January 2013
I did receive my tablet after waiting for a long time, but when it arrived it was faulty (xmas eve.) I returned my tablet on 28.12.12. I think I should be sent out a brand new one asap and not repaired as I've had to wait such a long time for this in the first place! I have called bluebud and gogroopie numerous times and also emailed over 20 times and keep being told the same thing. All I want to know is when am I going to receive my tablet for the second time. So much bother!!!!!!!!! Never buying of Gogroopie or Bluebud ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone
Just to let you know if Go Groopie has been emailing you to tell you your order has been despatched it probably is a lie. They told me yesterday that my tablet bundle was despatched and would send me a tracking number asap. I emailed them again today and they have just advised me they havent got a tracking number yet and wont receive my order until at least end of next week, but if i dont get it to contact them AGAIN!!!!

I have been waiting since 12 Nov for a tablet I have waited patiently but now I am raging at still not having the item. GoGroupee never answer my emails just the same as Bluebird dont. I think they are both con companies who have made a fortune through selling these items!!!!!!!!
A response and full refund would be great please!!!!!!!!!!!

GoGroopie are still telling lies just to calm customers down, they sent me a tracking number and says my order was sent out on 09.01.13 but I still have not got it and the tracking number is useless as you can only track once the item has been signed for so goodness knows when it was actually sent out or if it has even been sent out at all. And now they are ignoring me again. I am sick of this!!!

OMG, GOGROOPIE ARE THICK AS!!! THEY JUST SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL TO SAY MY REPLACEMENT TABLET WILL BE SENT OUT THIS WEEK AND WILL ARRIVE WITH ME NEXT WEEK!!! EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ALREADY TOLD ME IT HAD LEFT 09.01.13 AND SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND NOW SAYING IT ISNT EVEN DISPATCHED YET???? WEIRD!!!!!!!!!

OMG, I JUST RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH MY STYLUS PEN, BLACK CASE AND A PROTECTIVE COVER, BUT GUESS WHAT, NO TABLET AND CHARGER. HAHAHA THESE BOYS ARE HAVING A GREAT LAUGH. “Received tablet after 3 weeks when arrive it wasnt as advertised with bundle. Phoned just before xmas but was put on answering machine which was full and wouldnt take my message tried again after xmas and same thing. I have emailed them and had no reply to my message. “I ordered 2 android tablet vouchers through Go groopie to redeem with a company called Bluebud. It stated on the Advert 2 - 3 weeks delivery. That was the 8th of Nov. It is now 14 Dec and I have nothing but a pile of broken promises.
Go groopie told me the company had told them they had received new stock and I would get them by last Friday, again nothing. I called Go groopie again to ask for a refund as one of these was for my Daughters Birthday this week. I was told I would have to email a request for a refund and I would get a response in two days. Guess what I'm still waiting for a response days later. Even worse is when I go to the Bluebud site my account is only showing I ordered 1 item when I have emails and paypal proof I bought 2. Having looked at Qype review site it seems an awful lots of people are having the same issues an Go groopie knowing the issues these people are having with Bluebud are still selling vouchers for the same items for this company. Go groopie you are getting a very bad name for yourself and I won't be recommending you to anyone except Trading Standards if I don't get my refund very sharpish”

Going through their site i was impressed with the variety of products they had on their site, also the sheer amount of them (will definitely be using them at Christmas!). I bought an Android 4 tablet bundle. I'd never used a daily deal site before, so the voucher process confused me slightly, but I called their support team and they guided me though the process superbly.
