Thank you for getting back to me. I was simply offering your refund in credits as our customers are happy to accept credit (the fastest method to refund) to make alternative purchases. As you do not seem happy to make a booking I will send the cancellation requests to the agents now for a refund to your original method of payment. We expect a response from them shortly. Please note that refunds can take approximately 7 days to process as we await written confirmation from the merchants, and you card issuer to make the funds available to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I will send you an email as soon as we issue the refunds
We shall see what happen now, a simple customer service course should be undertaken, when the customer asks for a full refund, the customer wants a full refund not a credit note.
