“I normally use GoGroupie but this experience was the worst ive ever had,
Waited past the 21days for delivery, then was told to wait a few more, after contacting them again, they advised to wait another 7 working days, as my product was for my holiday, i needed to speed this process up,
After speaking to several different people who didnt accept responsibility at all or even offer an apologie, then cancelled my order after i made it clear i still wanted my product.
Several emails letter they advised on each email to email them for assistance and not once did I get an answer, they advised i told them to cancel my order, which was incorrect.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF ON TIME, AS THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL.”

“I have generally been quite pleased with the offers. The only down side I would mention is that we have noticed that some vendors particularly restauranteurs take advantage. They offer a meal for 2 for example and it is only when you get there that you are told it is a restricted menu & you cannot selectfrom the main menu ; so that can be quite disappointing.”
