“Purchased a refurbished ipad as an Xmas present on November 29th - no ipad has been delivered emailed numerous times the week before Xmas as I was supposed to receive it by then (2-3wks delivery time) to be advised I could have a refund or they could track the shipping by contacting the merchant. There is now a message on the supplier's site saying that there will be no more stock of this item and I should approach Go Groopie for a refund. (There are many spelling mistakes in the message, including the email address for Go Groopie support.) If I do not receive a refund soon, I will be seeking alternative means of redress. “Again similar to ALL previous customers. Paid £16.00 for Frozen Bedsheets - was not aware it was a voucher I was purchasing and had to go to the merchant site to enter the code. The code did not affect the price as it still said £29.99, so did not want to risk having another £30 taken from me. I decided to follow their procedure and request a refund immediately (within their 14 day limit!) This was on the 9th Nov only to receive an emailing stating they are dealing with a backlog. Countless emails later I receive another one stating that it has been passed to a manager and refund would be processed in 5-6 working days. Still nothing. I'm just glad it was a small amount. Can't imagine how you feel those that have spent large amounts. This company is ridiculous and I will be contacting watchdog and trading standards!!!!”

“I think this company is worse than poor. I waited over 3 months, and no delivery. I've e-mailed them several times with no response. When I actually managed to contact them via the telephone they told me the company delivering the item can no longer deliver it.
So my question to them was why did you not inform me of this? They responded by stating they were too busy, and that a refund would be sent with 7 to 14 days, this is from the 2 December - still no refund, and they have ignored my recent e-mail. Me personally, I think they are taking the public's money with no intention of delivering any goods, and I have already reported them to the Trading Standards, and I think everyone should be doing this if not avoiding them.”
