“The whole process over the phone couldn't have been easier and Ryan was extremely helpful and very thorough in explaining each step of the process. Will be even happier if the appliance can be repaired rather than having to spend more money on a replacement item. So far so good!”

“Your team were very helpful in answering questions and explaining contract. I’m hopeful that the problems I have with my fridge freezer will be resolved soon. Tom was the initial person on the phone and he was excellent. He said he would call back and did on time leaving me a message”
