The phone service was always available and helpful, no matter what time in the evening I phoned and the gentleman who came to fit the new boiler was very professional. The only problem I had was with the finance and that was caused by somebody not checking how to spell my surname.”

“I recently had a boiler fitted, by Glow Green. Within ten minutes, of my initial enquiry, I had a phone call, and was given several options, all at very competitive prices. The boiler installation was booked in for a few days later, as it needed to be done urgently. Unfortunately the engineer booked to do the job, had to isolate, and the job was going to be put back by a week. When I rang Glow Green, to say the boiler needed to be done on the original day, due to my house sale. They pulled out all the stops, to ensure, they could get me another engineer to do the job. The original boiler I chose,was not available,so Glow,Green upgraded my boiler to a more expensive one, at no extra cost to me. I would highly recommend Glow Green, for their excellent customer service, and their attention to detail. I was kept updated, at every opportunity, by email or phone call. I would certainly recommend them.”

“Glow Green are genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. On the day of installation, the engineer did not show up and the company could not locate him. The boiler arrived late, in any case, and was left on the road outside of my house. After 18 months, numerous engineers, many no-shows, endless phone calls and a complete lack of communication within the company, I still do not have a correctly installed and working boiler. I have had two winters without heating or hot water and they are taking me to court for non-payment, despite assuring me this would not happen. Even their own workforce criticise the company. Avoid.”

“Not great experience. Installers were a bit chaotic and left the house in a state, a water leak and a non functioning control panel and thermostat. I have been waiting 2 weeks for an electrician to come out and resolve the issue. I was promised by Switched on, their "3rd party supplier", that someone would come between 1100 and 1300. I made repeated calls and was promised he was on his way. NO SHOW which meant I wasted most of my day. Really cross and withholding payment until this is resolved”
