“After two cancelled install dates I had concerns. But third time lucky and a good team eventually turned up at 3pm. The work went at a good pace with all done by 8pn.”

“Excellent service from quote to installation. I was kept informed every step of the way. The engineer text me to confirm his arrival time and was very friendly, polite and efficient. He worked without a break and cleaned up before he left. I have quite honestly never encountered such a competent gas fitter. I am really pleased with the service I’ve received and would recommend Glow Green to anyone.”

“Avoid at all costs! Shocking company. Don’t believe any of the good reviews. I got a boiler installed. 4 days later another engineer needed to be sent out to correct issues with the installation, as I had no heating. A 3rd(!!!) Engineer needed to be sent to rectify errors made by the second engineer. During the original installation, damage was done by the engineer to my kitchen. This has not been rectified, and I understand the original engineer has been largely uncontactable (by glowgreen or his insurer) and no progress has been made in rectifying the damage. I am still waiting nearly 2 months later. I have provided before and after photos indicating the damage done as evidence, and glowgreen have accepted responsibility, but have made no efforts to rectify the issue. The have been slow and poor to respond, when responses have come in, they have only come in when I have pushed for a response, they have been vague, It took them a month to contact the insurers. Still waiting Avoid”
