“Started off well with delivery of boiler ect a couple of days before and a fitter coming to take out old boiler system and water tank to fit combi boiler. All went down hill when it took over a week to get an electrician out to fit thermostat first time, too big a job, then a week later never fitted one of these before!! and after he had left and I started to look into how it should work found that hot water would only work when boiler was heating radiators, 2 phone calls to glowgreen to get someone back out has seemed to fallen on deaf ears!”

Not 5 stars as some minor problems with the design and delivery/collection system, and could do more re advice on import/export tariffs.”

“I cannot recommend Glow Green enough for the professionalism care and attitude towards it's customer's. They brought forward the installation date as we didn't have a boiler and no hot water. The heating engineer Craig Morgan and his team were totally professional in their job, took excellent pride in their work, clean tidy removed all rubbish away I would not hesitate to recommend Craig and his team to people.”

“Design and installation workings perfectly. Kept me in loop from the first day till the installation and commissioning. Installation teams were tidy throughout the installation process. Glowgreen needs to develop after sale support of OnBoard Team. Very hard to get hold of. Need to be actively involved in customers' queries and communicate the related updates. Other than this I'll recommend glowgreen for PV installation.”
