Very poor customer service in response to a query regarding my care plan. To date I’ve still not had any response despite reminder emails and telephone calls.

Lack of availability for gas safety checks. Generally require over 2 months notice for an appointment despite being a subscriber to the monthly paid care plan service.

Initially great service when selling the boiler. Aftercare is non existence. The warranty is with the manufacturer of the boiler. Glow green wants nothing do with it.

The old boiler was contacted to a thermostat that worked so I did not see a need to replace it. When the new boiler was put in the thermostat and the control switch are both not working and the company tells me that it is a preexisting issue when I know it is not. The company refuses to rectify the situation and now i have to sort it out myself so am not happy at all

The gas man turned off the mains gas supply and changed all boiler settings. He left without turning it back on. I had to chase him by telephone to find out how to turn the mains gas back on. Hos responses sorry he forgot to turn it back on and gave me instructions of what to do.

Everything appeared to go to plan until scaffolders cancelled then you email glow green no one gets back to you then the contractors cancelled 2 days before the job was to be done, emails no one came back to me, then they sent me an email saying the scaffolders would now attend 2 days later than planned and there would be two trucks of equipment to be delivered, I told them what’s the point if I don’t have a date for installation they cancelled the delivery. I then got an email from them with reference to the power grid wanting money off me so I could give them excess power, this should have been done prior to the first installation date. Then I was given a further date of installation 4 weeks late. Then they sent me an email saying I had to offload the trucks when it arrives and it would be a curb side delivery. I email and explained that I was recovering from a broken back and post surgery, and I would not be offloading a truck particularly when I’m paying them £15000 to do the job so I don’t have to. A further email ignored. Then when the delivery arrived panels were smashed again I sent emails and photos and again ignored. This was two full days before the installation. The installation contractor rang me asking if everything had arrived for the installation I explained about the panels, they point blank refused to attend. A further email was sent attached with photos and it was sent to as many of there employees I could find. Again ignored until I got a call from Adam who stated that the contractor had informed him panels had been smashed and he wanted photos and for me to explain how they smashed. At that point my head exploded. To sum up they only contact you for money. They don’t communicate they don’t care and the service is pants they are as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

Poor communication is the biggest problem deliveries arrive without warning and installation couldn’t be completed fully on the day given due to staff shortages !! They proposed to complete installation 2 weeks later but after complaint this was done the following week, scaffolding was up for nearly a further 2 weeks after completion meaning no Tv if your scaffold is in front of Dish (like mine was ) Having done all the moaning we are really happy with the final installation we went for battery storage as well and saving loads on electric bill already hopefully someone from management will read this and action issues as ultimately they did a good job to a high standard so don’t be completely put off using glow green.

Solar installation, installation team were ok, broke a few roof tiles but luckily I had recently had a new roof so had some spare. Customer service is abysmal!

The whole experience was a disaster, nobody had any idea of what was happening right up to the day of installation. Communication was non existent it was obvious the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I was forced to pay more than agreed due to their incompetance !!

The Sales person was fine, no problems, but the first engineer scheduled twice let me, and glow green down his excuses were perfetic thus I had to wait longer that was stated in the original sales discussion . However the engineer that did eventually carry out the job was vert good,

After the fitting of the boiler 2 issues cropped up . Firstly the hot water needed adjustment . They refused to send an engineer to have a look at the boiler . I was told to contact the manufacture to sort it out . Secondly during the boiler fitting my floor tiles got dammaged .I emailed straight afterwards now 4 weeks gone nothing has been followed up to now . Need i say any more I have had dealings with roague traders in the past 30 years as a landlord this company has all the traits of a roague trade company . Beware !

After I paid 50% of the boiler installation price, I had to wait about 3 weeks for the engineers to come to do the job. I almost cancelled the job, so it's was a very poor service and I am still struggling to program/operate Salus TR520, remote device when I only need hot water without the need for central heating.

The fitter was excellent, but that doesn’t match up up to the sales or customer service from their office thus far. After sending plenty of photos to their office before the install,when the fitter inspected the gas supply he informed me that the it needed to be upgraded meaning i would need to lift floor boards all the way to supply point. So this meant I’d need another day off work for this extra works to be done. So the initial quote given over the phone was wrong even tho I said to the salesman are you sure this doesn’t need to happen or the gas supply needs upgrading.. I had to pay an extra £200 & I really didn’t want to waste the (sub contractor)fitters time. After being put on the spot by their office I had no choice to pay this even this was Greenglow who made the mistake.. As the extra money had to be added to the financial agreement according to Greenglow I had to make several calls & emails to chase this up…as it was their mistake I feel this should have been sorted by them too.. The fitter told me that immediately after install Greenglow would register the boiler for 5yrs, after 3weeks with no word from their office, decided to register it with Vaillant as didn’t want to miss out on a warranty even tho Vaillant only offer 2yrs. Shortly after this Greenglow contacted me about setting up an extended warranty which would be more money a month to pay..I explained my situation & the salesman said they probably had already registered the boiler. I then asked to check if I did indeed have a 5yr warranty, after being put on hold for 10mins I was informed that they hadn’t registered it so I’d need to contact Vaillant to cancel my registration…….unbelievable is all i could say… The whole process should never be made this difficult an stressful for any customer…so if your thinking of using Greenglow don’t !!!!!

I have contacted Glow Green abauth on going issue's with thermostat they promised me that they will provide new thermostat and send people that never happened i cant controls temperatures in house

Our initial installation date was 11 Jan 22. We were told on the day that it was postponed until 20 Jan 22. That meant we were without central heating for 30 days! After about a week we had a fault symptom,c F72, appear and had to reset the boiler. An engineer was allocated but he failed to contact us. I spoke to customer services who gave me the number for Vaillant. When I spoke to Vaillant they stated that Glowgreen had not registered my warranty. I spoke to customer services on Fri 11 Feb but the matter is still not resolved. This is not the service I expected from 'an award-winning company'!!
