The boiler is working fine, the installation was good but the company fails on the communication level. They do not reply back to emails and it is imposible to speak to them on the phone as soon as they sell you the product!

Glow Green kept changing the installation date even though they knew we didn't have a working boiler. When it was installed I had to connect the control wiring up because they didn't have an Electrician available.

Boiler installation acceptable but arranging the electrician to complete the contract took weeks and in the end I employed and paid for an electrician myself.

Good price but implementation poor - pipework shoddy, condensate pipe not installed correctly, not sure chemical flush lasted more than an hour, waited weeks for an electrician to install the new thermostat. The twelve-year warranty is a bonus if you pay for the annual service.

Can’t get any satisfaction to a complaint ,keep getting told someone will ring back but no one does, the built in time control appears to be faulty having to get out of bed 2am to turn the heating off manually

The installation of our boiler was very good but as we are still waiting for our radiators to be supplied and fitted i am very dissatisfied.I am chasing Glow Green constantly and am very dissappointed with their after sales.

Boiler fitted Thursday, broke down Friday. Could not get anyone to attend for a week.

Do not, do not use glow green, you will get a fairly cheap price for your boiler but if anything goes wrong after instalation you will struggle to get any after sales service even to the point of not honouring the warranty

Glow Green is a mixed bag - you can have a very friendly salesperson, reasonably priced air con system, quality and quick installation but then you may wait 2 months for remotes. I have got 2 systems installed, asked for wireless for both systems, received one after a month after installation and still waiting for the second RCN-TC-5AW-E3 Wireless Kit (GG-TK-070965). There is a definitely disconnect somewhere but countless emails and calls do not seem to help.

Promised to deliver on the Monday. So I arranged annual leave. Boiler didn't arrive until Wednesday. Not given an explanation. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday. So had to arrange another day's annual leave. Lucky I have an understanding boss. No apology from Glow Green. They only spoke to me about financial cover for the new boiler. Boiler is good and was fitted with minimal fuss.

Sales and finance very efficient!! Installation not so good. Engineer arrived but parts did not we had to wait a week without heating. Installation then efficient but we need a few things still doing and are still waiting. This was August But money has been taken out. We also got a GAS safety certificate we don’t have gas we only have OIL ! Not received the new cert either. Edit. We are still waiting for things sorting out. And it’s now mid October! We keep ringing and being assured that it will be sorted out but still waiting

I was given a faulty unit and you refused to replace it . New installations have to be working and not have remedial work done on them.

The installation of the 2 air con units was very satisfactory so the two stars do not represent the fitters/engineers. But the lack of an apt for an electrician to connect the units 6 days later is unacceptable. 5 emails later and numerous phone calls and the operators on the phone are helpful the experience has turned very bitter. Why does no one call us back to arrange for the electrician to attend . And there is an urgency in this now as your operators are aware re my urgent medical condition /hospital admission this is not acceptable at all you have been paid in full .

The engineer did a great job fixing a/unit but so far I have been waiting almost a week for the electrician to complete the joj! Think twice before you use this company.

Two months after a 'horrible'workmaship in installing a Valliant Boiler, this Company has not made good the corrections and damage to property caused. Horrible experience

Have been waiting 3+ weeks for completion of job although full payment taken. On two occasions engineer booked in to complete (fit a new radiator), but never turned up. 2 days wasted waiting in. Fingers crossed new appointment tomorrow.
