“I recently got Worcester Bosch installation and it went really well. Guys from GlowGreen were very nice and explained everything and they arrived on the time they promised. Price for the boiler was also good and I got offered 2 year payment plan with no interest. I would say I had some issues with customer service at the beginning because of my finance got declined and as promised they didn't call me back on time but other than that everything was good.”

“Glow Green Ltd provided a good service. I would have wished the gas engineer had spent time in checking the gas radiators were working fully after boiler installation. I had to later bleed the radiators to make them work fully. Overall good service both from the sales and engineering teams.”

“Initial response from the team was positive, phone survey of my boiler installation was aided by me providing photographs on their system and the quote was emailed without delay. After my acceptance of the quote and allocation of a plumber I requested his gas safe number to establish his qualifications but received no answer to the two emails I sent. Eventually after several days waiting I had to phone the company to get a response and the gas safe number was provided a couple of hours later by email. This lapse in their communication was disappointing and is the reason for the 4 stars. The plumber was excellent, cautious with regard to social distancing, efficient and carried out a neat and tidy installation.”

“I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that there was information pre and post installation for which I had to ask confirmation. That said, the installation went ahead quickly, on-time as agreed and no problems have arisen at the time of writing. Communication from Green Glow was very good and responses to my queries were answered promptly and accurately. From the reviews, I know some people have not had such good experiences - and that did concern me - but this (so far) has been a positive experience.”

“The engineer Robert Taylor who installed my boiler was superb - nothing was too much trouble, it went like clockwork, five stars! The administration at Glow Green needs streamlining, they are difficult to contact and even got my finance details mixed up between Hitachi and Barclays Finance.”

“The service and boiler installation was fast and efficient. The boilers works brilliantly. My only issue is the thermostat is so aweful to use without connecting it to the app. I don't use apps often and I found my boiler schedule was set to 21'c every 4 hours and I couldn't change it on the thermostat, my flat ended up at 37'c one day before I installed the app and turned off the scheduled changes.”

“I chose Glow Green as they offered an immediate installation and reasonable price. Engineer arrived on time but had to come back next day as a unit needed to be moved but that was no problem. I needed some electrical work done which was dealt with very professionally. Overall quite satisfied with service and would recommend.”

“All good only one things when they set up date for installation the boiler delivery should be same day not day before, my wife and me have to push the packages to garage for the night. Secondly I need to ask for refund for smart thermostat as they use my old one. Except that all goes well. Thanks”
