“Excellent service. The engineer arrived on time. Fitted the new boiler , set up the thermostatic controller and explained the system to me. All done within a day. Everything was left clean and tidy. The Boiler has been operating for a month now with no problems . The new equipment has a seven year manufacturers guarantee and I've taken advantage of the Glow Green care plan which includes an annual service. Based on my experience I can recommend this company.”

“Didn’t go exactly according to plan, scheduled for a Friday Actually went completely down the pan & was a borderline disaster A very competent Kelly Woolcock made it work over the weekend She instructed me where to collect the boiler from Saturday morning & coordinated the Engineer to install it over the weekend The 4 stars are for her efforts & her efforts alone Everyone has problems & makes mistakes, it’s how you address them measures the true quality business person Qualifying “ was the item damaged “ carton base severely damaged boiler inside just about escaped damage”
