“The survey was not accurate, i.e. it was done using Google Earth(?) and on the day of the installation the (very good) engineers had to change the design such that I had to have less panels than I ordered. The post-implementation service has proved to not be very good, i.e. my battery stopped working after 2 weeks but the support team has neither fixed the problem, nor, more important, have they even given me any kind of update or feedback as to when or how they will fix the problem.”

“Just perfect. The boiler arrived securely. I was worried a WHITE VAN MAN will just throw it around and it will get damaged during the transfer from depo to drop point. But not so. It was well-wrapped and secure. Arriving the day before the fitter. The fitter was a pro and did a top job. In short, everything is just TICKITY BOO. 10 out of 10.”

“From initial contact to getting a quote was very fast. The installation date was then just 6 weeks later - impressive. After some confusion about delivery dates of the panels and battery etc, all arrived and was complete and in order. The installation team were excellent (Aras Ozarslan and his team) - I couldn't fault them - polite and tidy. Aras was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that I fully understood everything.”

“Although the boiler arrived on the wrong day (a day early) the plumber arrived on the right day and was very efficient. Boiler is now working well. The best thing was that I ordered it on Monday and it was installed on Saturday.... Price was good.”

“Was extremely happy with the service I received from Glow Green from initial contact via the telephone to instillation of my boiler ..The experience for me was one of professionalism and knowledge about the products they where selling and installing and the team who came out to fit the bolier where extremley competent and plesent with the work they did is certainly a 5 out of 5 from me..”
