“Was very easy to navigate website , compare prices and make purchase. i only did not give is 5 starts becaause we have not been on the trip yet and have no way to know how easy the claims process would be should we need to make one. but so far so good!”

“This review is ONLY for the ease of taking out the insurance - by that I mean the main stars would be when one makes a claim. It is easy to say all is good BUT it is when a claim is paid out that is when I will give 5 * for Globlelink insurance.”

“I can only comment on my experience of recently paying for a cover from Globelink, for a holiday in December. I cannot comment on the experience if I need to make a claim, until that holiday has been taken. Hence, I have only given "average" mark. This may change once the policy has expired, so ask me then. Meantime, my comments are in searching and booking for cover: Searching is fairly easy The website is clear and easy to use The price is competitive The terms are easy to understand, especially cover for pre-existing health issues The one negative comment I would make is that I do not understand why I was not allowed to take out annual cover until much closer to my holiday date. This would mean that I was not covered if I have to cancel my holiday, but there was no explanation as to why.”
