“Swift responses and reasonable prices. Polite staff. They have insured my wife and I for several years but we have never had to make a claim so the proof of the pudding etc........!!”

“I can only comment on their web site which, is clear and details all the cover provided for holiday insurance. I was recommend to them by a friend as offering holiday cover to the more mature traveler.”

“When I managed to get through on the phone I was told that the company would phone back. Much to my disappointment nothing happened until I managed to get through 2 days later. I felt very let down that the company didn't have the good manners to return my call. However Mrs T. Paul dealt with my renewal very efficiently and restored my faith in the company. I would like to express my thanks to her for her prompt action.”
