“I have used Globelink International for a number of years now. Taking out a 12 month policy for 2 people. They always give me reminder when my policy is due. It so easy to renew on line and only takes a short time to complete the procedure. I must admit that I have never had to make claim which is good thing but having the knowledge that we have cover at a reasonable price gives us security when needed.”

“Quick and easy to do online, dissapointed however that the minimum days per trip is about 17 days - would be helpful to be able to cover smaller trips”

“As always with this company the lowest price but more than equivalent cover, 3 times more for baggage loss, double for cash loss than the next lowest priced which was £40 dearer. Have used Globelink many times before when travelling to N.America have only had to contact them once following a mistake I made when buying my policy and guess what, a real person answered the phone after 2 rings, sorted the problem there and then with no "administration charge". Really not sure why I bother to search for insurance prices but I guess that is human nature!”

“Providing the cover I needed for the time I needed. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim and long may it continue. This is one bill I don't want a return on.”

“Pretty pointless to ask for a review about the purchase of insurance. Surely an insurance company can only be judged by the service offered if you need to make a claim.”

“Easy to get, sign up is very straightforward. But, what they don't tell you is that they do not handle the claims, another, probably huge company called RightPath handles the claims and they are painfully slow, it takes MONTHS to get anything done, with each email sent being answered after no less than 10 days and usually more. I did finally get paid for a claim but it took nearly 6 months for something really simple, the service is less than acceptable.”

“I forgot to buy travel insurance until the very morning of travel! I went online and found purchasing suitable cover through Globelink so quick and easy. Not only that, the cover provided was superior to others that I looked at first, and at a reasonable cost!”
