Dear Mr. Walley, the Certificate of Insurance and Full Policy Wording are emailed immediately after payment, always contact us if this is not the case so that we may look into this or put a copy in the Post if this is needed

“It would be good if our records are kept on file to use when booking again to save having to go all through the details each time.. (We are more likely to use your services again too) It would also be good if we could do the whole insurance with one phone call rather than having to do the medical conditions (not normally covered) and pay separate fees. P”
