Thank you for your feedback and sorry the price has increased for you. All Globelink prices have not doubled despite Covid impact. However, regrettably, prices do double for certain age categories and dependent on where and how long you travel. Please contact us at globelink@globelink.co.uk and we will aim to assist further.

“Method of payment was very difficult . It was only due to the help of Ibex Insurance staff in Almancil (Portugal)office that I was able to complete the transaction.”

“Very good reviews on here.but none that have actually made a claim. I have and the customer service is really bad.been waiting since January,when we had to cancel our new year holiday due to covid.made numerous complaints and also phoned many times. When taking the insurance out ,I did find they were very helpful ,but when you claim you deal with a different company. Was hoping to use the money from the claim to go away for Easter. Next time I take out holiday insurance,I will check their claims process first.”

We are so sorry to hear your claim has been delayed, as you are in the process of dealing with Collinson Insurance’s customer service team we must point out that as a regulated insurance intermediary Globelink are not involved in or have any authority for the insurance Company’s (Collinson) claims management. However, as a valued Globelink customer we will do whatever we can to support our clients. Please provide us with the claim number and details via a direct email to our administration office globelink@globelink.eu so that we can urgently escalate this back to them for an update to both you and us, of the status of this claim and what has happened to delay a settlement.

“This is the third time I have purchased the annual multi trip. Good price, easy to buy, helpful staff via email. Reasonable cover. Never had to claim so unable to comment on quality of policy or their claims department or process. Happy to date”

“I cannot truly comment as I’ve not had to make a claim or use the service. When I renewed my annual travel insurance I wasn’t given an option to claim 10% reduction as stated in an email as promised”

“We have renewed our Insurance with Globelink but I have to say when we have a claim during the first lockdown the Assessors dealt with our claim very so lets hope everything can be find this time.”

“Why ask for reviews immediately after buying insurance. The only real test is if they pay out and help, when you need it. I have no idea if globelink are any good. They took my money very well but beyond that I can't tell you anything. This review, like nearly all the others, is completely pointless. Maybe a reviews of insurance companies by people who have had to claim? It might actually produce useful information for the customers, rather than just marketing material for the companies. So, can someone get that sorted for me? Thanks”

“We have just renewed our travel insurance with Globelink. I love that their wording and policies are very clear and that they are cost effective. I was a little disappointed that I was contacted multiple times via email by a sales person who took a long time to answer my questions and then when I wanted to renew redirected me to the website rather than taking care of it for me. There was also no discount offered for repeat customers. I was sent information via post whilst I was communicating via email with this sales person, I'd say that is a waste of money for the company and above all not very eco friendly!”
