“Staying in France for a while and wanted to buy travel insurance for a week in New York, returning to France afterwards. I tried MANY travel insurance companies in the UK and they all refused to insure us as we were not starting from and returning to the UK. Globelink were happy to insure us.”

“There is not many inurance companys that cover for older people with a reasonable price ,most just put silly prices on but this one is one of the best forus older people”

“Your staff have been exceptionally helpful over the phone during the last 7 days in helping me book an insurance policy for a forthcoming holiday, and then with a modification to my medical conditions, when we realised an oversight on our part. Thank you. My wife has already recommended your company to someone.”

“Although the insurance covered most of my treated medical conditions some of your statements are ambiguous or misleading. Your staff when I phoned to get a clearer honest opinion admitted they were NOT qualified to give an answer. Hypertension and elevated Cholesterol levels when treated in many cases resort to normal levels (like mine) even on the lowest dose of medication. Your information does not cover this scenario and there is no one qualified to advise. Alan V Latimer BSc., M.I.B.M.S (Haem) Biomedical Scientist (retired)”

Thank you, Mr. Latimer, your true opinion is very important to us. Oh, how we wish we could cover everyone at normal terms, however, the Underwriters choose to offer Medical Screening for clients who have Pre-Existing medical conditions on an individual basis which the majority of our clients have found to be beneficial.

“Took a while to get sorted probably down to me, but it was a pleasure to get insurance without having to go through meds etc . We all know we can't insure pre existing conditions so you made getting insured easy . Thank you”

“Unable to complete application on ipad but had no problem on phone with very pleasant and professional staff (tracey).Great prices compared to my old company who bumped my premium up as i have turned 65.”

“Extremely easy to set up a trip insurance on-line, all the options are shown and it is a very straightforward and simple process. Have used for the past 5 years with absolutely no problems. A couple of minor claims were handled very efficiently and quickly. On the only occasion I have needed to actually talk to them, they were very courteous and efficient and solved the problem within a few minutes. Highly recommended. I am a world wide traveler in my 70s”

“The website was good and easy to follow; it did not allow me to say that I had heard about their company via a local newspaper; choice was limited., in that way. Hopefully their insurance will turn out to be good, if I have to use it for any reason in the future.”
