“I've never been disappointed with anything that I purchased from Glasgow Distillery. Delivery time from online purchases was excellent. The packaging has changed since my last order but must admit it has improved in my opinion.”

“Glasgow 1770 never fails to please with a consistently good range of malt whiskies. The Malt Riot blended whisky is also worth trying and is excellent value.”

“Everything is very well packed but the soft nature of the box for the limited edition bottle meant it ended up a little crushed. Also, the triple distilled bottle was inserted in the box at a 90 degree angle, and the bottle isn't round, so again the box was slightly misshapen. Contents fine and as excellent as ever.”

“So my wife brought me a bottle of coffee vodka for xmas. It didn't last long so I have now just ordered another 3 bottles to keep me going. And the best part is the wife cannot moan about me drinking bit as she instigated it ! Result !!”

“Makar Oaked Gin is the tastiest gin and is my absolute favourite. With orange peel and ginger ale of course! Also try their Bandetti Spiced Rum in a Glasgow Mule cocktail. It’s amazing!! Great products, speedy delivery and really good value.”

“I purchased 1770 The Original for my son in law's 40th birthday. The printed message on the box and the bottle were great. I was fortunate to have a taste of the 1770 yesterday and it was delicious.”

“My order has not even arrived yet due to Glasgow Distillery failing to provide my full address to UPS, your chosen courier. I waited in for delivery and had no communication from the courier to advise that they were abandoning their delivery attempt. I contacted your customer services and was told the order would arrive yesterday. It did not. I will not order from Glasgow Distillery again.”

“Having recently been made aware of this distillery, I decided I would like to try a bottle of their whisky. I looked at their selection online and decided to purchase a bottle of GLASGOW 1770 Fresh & Fruity single malt. The online process was easily completed and the product was delivered promptly. Overall a very smooth transaction of some excellent product. Many Thanks”

“Drinkers who are not whiskey connoisseurs may rate this brand as being not bad. But in the swim of things, it is not refined enough to command a £49 selling price. Does it seem to be an example of a good "value" = young (3-year-old)? malt whisky - that has been very carefully branded for marketing purposes. That said it is a pleasant enough drink. But if you prefer a better "value" whisky I suggest you compare GD's 1770 to the Wine Society's 8-year-old malt Strathspey whisky that retails for just £21. There is a reason why premium whisky brands are priced well north of £50!”

“I was about to mention that my order, due last Thursday, was rescheduled by the carrier on delivery day. But my typing was interrupted by the arrival this morning (Tuesday) of my bottle of Glasgow 1770. Easter gets in the way again! So, overall, delighted with the service. Packaging very secure, and delivery at 0930 just perfect!”
